Really good customer service, extremely professional and friendly staff. They tested my motorcycle battery for free and informed me about my options. I didn't need to purchase a battery this time but when I do, I know I'll certainly be coming here to get one.

Recently I needed to replace my car battery. I called Battery World Welshpool and an hour later they were able to send someone to replace my battery.Service was excellent, efficient and professional. Also reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for anymore than that.

Brought my battery in because it was draining. Got it “tested” and was told that the battery is fine, it’s probably something else. Took it somewhere else and within 10 seconds I was told the battery didn’t hold charge. Good one.

They checked my car battery. Showed me it was on it's way out. Bought a new one from them and it was cheaper than anywhere else. They even fitted it for free and recycled my old one. Great service. Thanks guys.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff committed to sharing and advising on specific applications, seemingly without expectations or pressure to purchase immediately.After talking to these guys about a project I was working on, yes, I will definitely go back. I found the prices were comparable and although some items I found marginally cheaper elsewhere, overall if I had gone elsewhere I can’t guarantee that I would have received the same recommendations and therefore maybe cost more in the long run.

I was stuck in a car park after discovering I had a flat battery. After talking to RAC and being told there would be a 90 min wait I felt helpless. I called Battery World Bentley and Tim instantly put me at ease. He was able to look up what battery I required for my car from my number plates, gave me different options of batteries at varying costs and warranties to choose from and, much to my relief, he informed me that he could come and install it at my location at no extra cost during business hours! Tim was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. I was able to pay electronically in the middle of the car park with a tax invoice issued. I was back on the road within 20 minutes from my initial call. Cannot fault the service Tim provided. Cannot recommend highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in my lunch break to replace my deep cycle battery. Nice chap in the store but I had hoped to get something other than an optima to fit the space I had and was told there was no suitable alternative. Didn't have the optima in the store but did have it delivered and installed at my work a couple of hours later so that was very good. Missed out on the 5th star as though the man in the store may well have been right I felt we could have had a bit of a look for an alternative but I was time limited and needed a battery that day so paid the price for the Optima.
