Fast to give you a house but very faulty on the house

Called to enquire about a property which was listed on realestate.com and was told by Irfan that my partner and I need to complete application forms in order to inspect the property. This is understandable, as this is in line with the current covid guidelines.However, after we both completed our applications we did not hear anything further from the realestate (and accodding to 1form, our applications had not even been viewed). So we tried calling them again to ensure our forms went through properly, only for the calls to be ignored and declined.The property is no longer listed online. Extremely unprofessional of Irfan and his colleagues to ignore an interested customer, and not inform us of updates on our application or inform us  that the property is no longer available. Do not waste your time with Myrealty, as their customer handling seems be very poor.
