Thank you so much for making my sons Bluey birthday cake, not only did it look exactly how I imagined, it also tasted great! ( one of the yummiest cakes we’ve ever eaten. )My son loved everything about it and we will definitely be back for each birthday to come. Thanks again!

My 1st ever banh mi was from Annerley Kitchen via delivery and it made a fantastic first impression. Now that I’ve tried banh mi from other places, it is still my favourite. Today i drove 30mins to get a brisket banh mi fresh (vs delivered). It was delicious…hot, tender, tasty, good sized serving of brisket. I forgot to ask for no coriander but it was only sitting on the top so I could easily pick it out.On a weekday morning there was easy parking in the laneway. There was no dining area at the bakery itself, but I found a park bench under a tree around the corner to sit and enjoy the food. I think I’ll try one of the delicious-looking pies next visit. They also had rice/noodle bowls, burgers (fried chicken yum!), pho and bubble tea, as well as general bakery products. Wish I lived closer! Thanks for a delicious breakfast.

This place is honestly the best bakery around. I regularly stop in here and get welcomed by the owner every time. Not only are the cakes, pies and sandwiches delicious, the awesome thing about this bakery is the amazing chicken burgers they make, best around. Burgers are only $7 Thursday and Fridays. Seriously try this bakery and you will love it like I do.

Awesome Banh Mi, flavor profile was amazing on the bbq pork roll, and iced coffee included all for $10, great place to eat! I will be back as the staff are equally as awesome!!

I have just had banh mi special combo normally well worth it lately. Less grilled pork more slowly cooked fatty pork ,which make the bun not crispy dripping with fat.Not enjoyableUsually worth the extra money not any more use to be good quality food now it's standard are dropping.Try to go back in and ask if they could fix it . They don't care. The pork fillings where not the same that is why I write this, need to address the feed back at the time more professionalOnly ate half ,was fumming 9 dollars for disappointment

Just had the chicken blt burger. Tasted great and amazing value for $10. Best value for money/ quality food I have come across in a while. Great service too!

Its a super lovely cake for our wedding. Couldn't expect anything more than this. Thanks Annie for a very good work.

I can’t cast too much of a judgment on this establishment. Whilst I will return to order more variety, I did order chips and a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was quite bitter, I’m not sure if it’s the certain bean they use but I did not enjoy it. The hot chips were for my daughter but I obviously just had to taste test and they kind of either tasted like the oil was old or they had fried so many different things in there at once. It was very strange. Their burgers look delicious though so I will still return to try more. I have hopes!
