Worst gym worst customer service too much ego and nothing to show for it they don't respect theire clients and no self respecting person should enter that piece of trash place, i've been asking for a cancelling for more than a month and staff never caters to your whim. Snap fitness in Merrylands is serviceable. You can never find the machine you want to work out on because some guy is hogging it. You can never find a vacant bench because some guy's towel's on it. For that reason I either can work out early morning or late at night.

I like the gym coz it help me to improve myself and helping others, some people just like to complain about everything and anything.if you want perfect gym it best you buy your own gym or make yourself comfortable at your home this is for you coward that set on their phone and text stupid messages. stop been like a baby

It is more than two years that I am going to this gym but since then the mat are dirty and looking disgusting and I have reminded this to stuff but seems like no one cares.

This gym been worst since Manager Laneesha stopped working. On extremely hot days half of Aircons are off. After complaining regularly to Reception staff(girl) still the same. New members can't have any free trial for a day. Machine broken from 2 weeks, not getting fixed.

Amazing gym with friendly and helpful staff. Personal trainer Charbel has honestly changed my lifestyle with regards to fitness and health. Great new equipment, always clean and tidy and functioning to maximum potential.

This is a poorly operated business. The gym claims to be staffed during certain hours of the day, however they are not. I attempted to call multiple times during business hours to obtain information about signing up, however the calls were not answered. I then decided to attend in-person. The desk was unattended and after attempting to ring the door bell a few times without success I just walked away. If the managers care about the success of their business, they need to firstly hire staff, then make sure their staff are actually doing their job. As someone who has been to many gyms in the past, I can confidently say that is appalling customer service.
