I recently purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara from these guys for my friend I am very happy with the experience. They went out of way to provide amazing service. The car is in excellent condition, two thumbs up from the mechanics, clean, and the whole process was smooth and seamless.At no point was there any pushy salesmanship or secrets about the car's history. I was made to feel very comfortable and confident about my purchase, and the team at A1 Motors were open, knowledgeable and transparent in dealing.I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy their next vehicle. Disappointing customer service and area set-up.I went here last month or two months ago. Can't remember well. The staff members in this A1 Motors Branch (Glenorchy branch) were not as enthusiastic and understanding as those of the New Town branch.The right customer services at car dealers should include smiles and enthusiasm, when your clients come to you. Conversely, the staff members I came across in this branch looked dead inside and looked so lazy. And they seemed not interested in introducing and selling cars at all. All the cars were also parked too close to each other, so it was a real tragedy having a good look at cars. And you should have a better expectations, rather than a guilt-trip face if someone decides not to buy your cars. Cars are expensive. It is not like one-dollar cupcakes. And it is definitely not a manner to despise people who are not happy to buy something from you in this country.Take it or leave it. Shall not pay attention to this branch ever again.The only reasons for some stars available are my sentiments for the New Town A1 Branch.

Met MD and his team while I was on the search for a used car on a tight budget but they helped me get a good Car which I have been using and it drives like a dream. They gave me best customer service and recommended to get my Car. They also provide 18 months insurance which was a great boon along with they recently opened another shop in New Town for servicing and repairs. So, A1 Motors is a complete package for those in hunt of reliable used cars and would definently recommended them.
