This made our decisions for the type of system we wanted/needed easier to make. If they weren't sure they would check to ensure they were providing the most up-to-date and relevant answers. Nothing was a problem for this company. Install day was a breeze. Their advice about positioning and placement of cameras was invaluable. Both men took the time to install everything neatly AND they cleaned up after themselves. They really took their time with me and were very patient when explaining the system, (I am not a tech person) in a way I was easily able to understand. Neither of them made me feel like I was silly and offered ongoing support should I require it. Great service, great product and great pricing. Prior to booking I spent quite a few phone calls with Tim where he answered all my questions and helped me to understand the technology before I had even committed to purchase which was very reassuring. They were also able to organise installation on really short notice and according to my schedule which was really convenient and much appreciated. Once at my house both Jordan and Tim were really great, they gave really good advice around how to set the alarm system up in the best way for my house and they worked out a customised package for me. I recently had a Soho Smart Alarm installed at my house by Tim and Jordan. They were completely professional the entire time, extremely helpful and always willing to assist with any questions we had.
