Pool Leak Detection Brisbane

I own a concrete pool. Had no idea what was causing my pool to leak but my pool was dropping volume rapidly. I could see water dribbling down the side of the pool and thought it could possibly be a pricy fix! I was cautious about being charged a call-out fee, not knowing if I would be charged for a look at the pool to confirm it had a leak, which I already knew, or if David would try to fix the issue on his visit. David made me feel assured when he spoke with me on the phone, I could tell he was professional and experienced with his knowledge. David confirmed he would perform work on the visit, not just view the leak. David performed the work in an efficient manner, filling me in with his progress as he was discovering the cause. David used a pressure machine to check the pressure in the pipes. In the end, David found the problem. A prior owner had drilled a hole into the concrete to support external pipes around the pool and inadvertently drilled into a pipe that was hidden in the cement wall of the pool. David jackhammered the cement close to the leak to access the pipe, bogged the hole and all appears to be in working order. David waited to make sure no leaks remained and charged a very reasonable amount for the fix! Very very happy with the outcome! Highly recommend David if you have a leak or your pool needs repair!

Excellent service, great communication, and super friendly. Chris used sonar equipment to locate a very hard-to-find underground leak in our inlet pipes, cut through the slab, fixed the leak, and restored the job site so it looks as good as new. I really appreciated his clear explanation of what he was going to do and what the likely outcomes would be. His intuition was bang on - he clearly he knows his trade, and shares his knowledge freely. Despite the complexity of the job, he came in under his quote. 100% recommended.

I found Chris to be very professional, friendly, prompt and easy to deal with. He pressure tested the pool system, used sonar to identify problems beneath the concrete & pavers. Chris made a concerted effort to locate the issue & provide sound advice on ways to resolve the issues with our pool. After a couple of weeks with issues with my pool pump pressure just one call to Chris and he advised some options to check including my pool filter cartridge which I assumed was clean, it was full of organic material and the cause of my problems. After reading Chris’ great Google reviews I knew that he would be the person to check out our pool leak as I wanted someone both professional and trustworthy. We experienced a sudden water level drop in our pool and to be honest we feared the worst and all the expensive options. I made contact with Chris due to a suspected leak in my pool. Despite being extremely busy he contacted me immediately, over a few days got me to perform a few tests, and then called me back to discuss options. In the end I did not need to get him round as it is an issue I can address myself through his advice.
