DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased a shan motorsport intercooler sprayer kit from this company mid December, I contacted the company and the said they would have the item by mid January. That time came and passed. After numerous attempts to contact them via email, Facebook messenger and through their website I had received no reply. I asked for a refund as I was sick of the appalling communication. I ended up having to report the company as a scam through my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company as they are horrible to deal with

Lack of communication, had placed an order early November, wasn’t contacted till mid to late December about parts not available only after sending multiple emails and messages about what’s going on, and still no communication and it’s now mid January, just poor customer service won’t be ordering from them ever again :(

Very clear description and got exactly what I needed to fix my car. Very clear communication with shipping and tracking. Very happy with the part and will order from them again.

While I was happy with the shipping time and parts received, I was not happy that a part was left out of my order.This matter took some time to be resolved, twenty20 racing did the right thing and refunded me for the missing part.Hopefully the company can improve responses to customers. Cutting down on the ways customers can make contact would make it more manageable on a small team.

0 communication, tracking number that doesn't work, a package that hasn't come despite being sent a fortnight ago allegedly.Tried asking the clown 6 times for a proper tracking number to no response. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago on May 17th. I am still waiting on any information regarding my order. I'm aware it says on your website please allow 2-14 business days" which I am happy to wait for. But being left in the dark even after emailing twice regarding my order isn't appreciated. It doesn't matter how far I search I can't even find a business number to speak with someone directly. I will be surprised if I get my order at this rate but even if I receive it

Should have read reviews before ordering, people have been too kind still giving 4 stars when order was screwed up.Uses cheapest lowlife shipper and charges express post prices.Do not order unless you want to wait months for parts.Edit: Congratulations ! you picked an order on Sunday then sent it by bicycle across the country. An order that size should have Never gone road frieght for $15.I had to order the parts again from a dealer on east coast, they charged $14 and it was here in 2 days.If you were honest you should state 14-30 days postage because there is no hope of 2 day postage the way you ship.No points for anything, that's china type service and your attitude sucks also.
