Amazing service. You just tell the staff what the gift is for and they will point you in the right direction and wrap it free of charge. I live in Townsville and still buy my gifts here when I'm.passing through town.

I went to this store to get a chain for my late mothers cross she used to wear. The lady there was so nice and understanding. Totally recommend this place and will definitely return there in future. Thank you so much :)

I decided to keep it local back in December 2021 and purchase my wedding band from Suzie. Suzie was fantastic to say the least. After my Custom made ring arrived, I wasn't very happy as it didn't sit well with my engagement ring. Suzie made contact with the jeweller and explained the situation and they agreed to take it back and remake for a small fee. I was beyond relieved!! I'm absolutely in love with my Wedding band. Thank you!!
