Placed an order for some carburetor parts and gave them my credit card details over the phone, the parts arrived in my letter box a few days later but they had included additional parts at additional cost which I had not ordered. I called them and informed them that I would be returning them for a refund. I posted the goods back and had to pay for the postage, I have never received a refund, I questioned them about the refund to which they replied we don't give refunds". DON'T USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS! Buy your parts online."

Horrible service, I was the only customer in the shop yet I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen because the owner was messing around with parcels. Never told me a wait time. Made me a wire which took another hour plus because he kept losing the box and doing other things in-between making the wire, then tried to charge me $35 which is more than the indicator the wire is for cost. Never go here. Very disappointed with service and lack of professionalism

I bought some CR specials for a z1000j build!! Johns a wealth of information that you can't really find in bikes shops!! If you want to make an old bike go fast john the last of a dying breed!

I sent photos requesting a 8mm carby lid bolt,then got sent a 6mm bolt,got charged $15 dollars freight for a bolt an inch long,then when i asked for a refund my textes and phone calls were ignored,then when john finally received my return he did not want to refund me my money,and told me consider the refundhis handleing fee" NEVER EVER EVER WILL I GIVE JOHN FROM SHOW AND GO ANY

I ordered a muffler which was not in stock. I had to be ordered from the USA. I was told 6 to 8 weeks. I rang after 6 weeks. Told it was not here yet. Fair enough. I rang after 8 weeks. It still wasn't in. They said they would follow it up and get back to me. After 13 weeks I rang them back. Still not in. They would follow up and let me know. After 14 weeks they still hadn't contacted me. I rang them back to find out that it had dropped off the system with another muffler". They said sorry about that. No offer to try and source one quickly for me. Cancelled the order. Ordered direct from the USA for $150 less than their price including shipping . It arrived in 2 weeks. I won't make that mistake again."

I purchased a scooter from John on the 1/4/22a great guy to deal with super friendly and best sense of humour I've came across! so happy with my purchase would definitely recommend purchasing a used scooter from Show and Go Hire.

Avoid, worst customer service I have ever received, never felt more ripped off in all my life, had the bike in for repairs, took three weeks, when I received the invoice there was a charge for labor and parts but no actual evidence provided as to hours worked on the bike so no way of verifying what was done or how long things took.Will never set foot in the building as long as I live. By the way the building should be condemned as it’s falling apart!

Booked 2 bikes for 6 days in October. 3 weeks notice. Son gets in from overseas and we drop in to finalise details. Bikes unavailable as cannot get serviced. Leaves 3 days to find alternative. Lost my phone number or would have contacted me a week ago?Rental charge would have excluded insurance which i would also have to arrange.To say I'm not happy is an understatement!
