Terrible experience trying to refinance my home loan. After being ignored by the loans manager in Dickson, I approached this branch. Initially, they seemed more helpful, but very quickly stopped answering emails, calls and messages. After weeks with no response I requested that my application be cancelled - even that took several emails to get a response (eventually getting one after copying in the customer complaints address). The whole process was an enormous waste of time.

Went to my local branch to change my name, number and get my forgotten CAN. After starting to change my name in the system and being asked if I could delete some accounts so she wouldn’t have so much paperwork, I was ushered out of the bank with a pending changed name and still no access to my internet banking. I literally have to go in again tomorrow to get something done that I specifically went out to do! I had to go home with no phone number or identification in the system to fix it.

I'm a customer with the St. George bank trying to open another account for my kid. The Fillipino lady who works there make such a big deal about. Not very helpful at all.S when we have to make appointment to open an account? Such a fuss.

Helpful staff although some services can’t be done in the branch and have to be actioned by other departments which takes time.Street side ATM that can accept cash and check. Screen could be difficult to use when the sun is just behind.Next to Simply Pho. Underground parking available.
