We spoke to Mr Saurabh Gulati who helped me out with his diligent investigation into my upgrade purchase. I was referred to Saurabh after having years of internet related issues in our office. Saurabh addressed our concerns and fixed the problems. Looking forward to continue being with Telstra for another stint of 3 years! GREAT JOB SAURABH!!! We havent had internet working without dropouts for years and a month into this upgraded modem, we are loving the experience.

Went in to cancel a phone service for my deceased Mother. Was told it would be done and the staff would confirm it. Rang the office the next day and was told I would have to come back in and do it as they had no recollection of me being their. Was told to ring customer service and do it. Staff very difficult to understand and didn't appear keen to assist.I rang Telstra and the staff I spoke to were very helpful. Wouldn't bother to go back to the store again. Not impressed
