contacted Will to assist with an emergency leaking pipe affected by tree roots. He was able to come out on the same day I called and together with his colleague worked late in the freezing cold, dark and rain to ensure the pipe was fixed. Will is friendly, polite and reliable and highly recommend his business to anyone.

I searched for a local plumber and was thrilled when I found one in Malvern. Will answered my enquiry promptly and came as promised, kept me up to date with arrival times and worked fast and efficiently!A couple of days later we had an unrelated plumbing problem and Will came by, identified the problem as one for SA water, phoned them for me, and didn’t even charge me for the visit.Service with a smile - fast and efficient and highly recommended.Thank you William!

Called for a blocked toilet/shower draining causing flooding in the bathroom. Will's team came out bang on time at 8am, made and assessement and fixed the issue quickly. The team kept me informed of the process along with pricing throughout. Definitely will use Will's again for my future plumbing needs.

I contacted Will on a Sunday afternoon when our hot water system broke down, he contacted me back straight away and gave us some great advice about what type of hot water heater we should go with. Will came out the next day and with a new system and everything was all done and fixed within 2 hours. Will really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing and is happy to take the time to explain everything and answer any questions

Will helped us install a brand new dishwasher where there wasn't one before. He is really genuine and shows excellent attention to detail. He was much more affordable than comparable businesses that I contacted for a quote. And the best thing is that he was prompt in responding to my enquiry and had excellent, clear communication - he explained and clarified each thing he would need to do in a way I could understand.

Absolutely faultless service and thoroughly recommended. I called Will on a Sunday afternoon regarding an urgent sewer problem. He was very professional in his communication, letting me know his availability and was on time for the appointment we set. Will was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of arriving and amazingly the problem was fixed within a few hours. Will has great plumbing knowledge and was very generous in allowing me to pick his brain about a few other things while here. He will be my first choice for plumbing work in the future.
