STAY AWAY!Managed to smash and break not one but all 3 frames I had moving and completely snapped one of the artworks nearly clean in half, 3 pieces are missing. No communication nothing. Kept upping the prices with no notice or transparency. Hard to get hold of and zero care. The worst removals I have ever had to deal with and now in the process of trying to fix the excessive damages caused by them. If you value your belongings do not use these people at all!!!!

I have never written a bad review before this, but feel compelled to do so because of the way we were treated. An utter disgrace. Trash. They charged a fortune, but left half of our belongings behind. We had to hire a van to remove the rest of our belongings and to clean up after them. They never responded to any of my calls or messages when I sent them a 'please explain'. BE VERY WARY OF THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT USE!! Elizabeth

Don’t EVER use. Booked a move for 9:30am and they arrived at 3pm. Called multiple times and emailed and NO communication from anyone. I left it a few days before reviewing to allow them time to acknowledge, apologise, discount slightly or even reply to my frantic emails I’d sent on the day and nothing. Move took an hour as I’d had to do some myself for fear they wouldn’t show up. Of course was still charged for the minimum two. Honestly don’t even consider this company.

The team from JKR Removals were very professional. They treated our stuff with care. They were always mindful about moving things around, and they were very helpful in dismantling and putting back together our pieces of furniture. Very systematic you can tell they have done it before plenty of times. Highly recommended.

I wish I had checked reviews before I went with this company. They were terrible. Not only were the drivers an hour late, but they were completely inexperienced. They didn't know how to move anything and couldn't read the spaces to move through, so they were incredibly slow, moved at a snails pace and had to talk for 5 minutes before putting anything in/taking anything off the truck. They also put a massive dent in my wall. I called and complained to the receptionist who booked me in and she said she would refer me to head office and they would contact me, but they have not done so. Do not use this company, they are a complete rip-off!

The movers came for my move were awesome! The communication side was amazing very professional and honest. Everything have been told upfront no surprises on the moving day. Even the multiple trips. Will definitely use again in the future.

Stay away from this company.I booked with about two months' notice as we needed the move on a specific day, and we were a little nervous about movers' cancellations. I told the agent I was nervous about this as we didn't have a buffer. She reassured me and said that we were in good hands. She gave me a mobile number for emergencies during the weekend. We booked a 16 tonnes truck as we had lots of stuff to move. 2 days before the move they sent me an email (not even a call) to ASK if we could swap day as they had an issue with the truck. I called them and said no, we couldn't swap the day. She said that's ok I will let my manager know". Then I got a call from the manager which told me we didn't really have an option

Priscilla, the saleperson in JKR Removals is amazing. She obliged our short notice and made things happened in less than 24 hours. Even after office hour and weekend she was reachable and helpful. The movers came and the multiple pick-up points were done well within 3 hours. Will use them again.

This is the worst removal/storage company I have dealt with. I put my furniture in their storage while I was renovating my home. That time, their landlord locked out their storage because they didn't pay the rent. I couldn't access my belongings that time. Eventually, they could deliver my furniture. However, they have lost a few of my belongings including a large TV. I have asked for a compensation multiple times through email and phone calls but they never responded. They also mixed other people's storage boxes with us and wrongly delivered to us. I asked them multiple times to come back and take those back but no response.It was an utterly dissapointing experience with them. They are definitely irresponsible with their work. Never use them.
