We had Tom come out to do the quote. He was on time, went though all the products thoroughly.We put an order for 2 see through doors and a side panel. We got it all installed before Christmas.It has been the best investment for our house. Knowing the front is now safe. Our front door had no security door. With two kids we couldn't risk it. Everyone comments on how good the doors look10/10 for service installation.Thank you Tom and Bruno for your excellent service.

Poor Customer ServiceAfter a site inspection and quote from this company I was given a time frame when my door would be picked up to be repaired.Bruno turned up to the property early without any notice so was unable to pick up the door, and after 3 days of me trying to contact them to find out when he was planning to come and pick it up, I was called and told he is refusing to do the job because there is no parking (as I said, there was a site inspection and off street parking available at the property).Wouldn't recommend dealing with this company if you are after reliable service and a completed job.

Poor quality door, poor service. Door was installed and after a couple of months stopped locking (so useless for security). I called the company numerous times to report issue, absolutely no response. Absolutely a total waste of money!

From beginning to end, this Company was so easy to deal with. The installer turned up on time and I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my new doors. I couldn't be happier.

At first, Dial a Door shows excellent Customer Service. But the Customer Service after you PAY YOUR DEPOSIT IS DIFFERENT. That's the reason I gave 2 star rating.They have knowledge about their field. They use quality product. But when you questions or want the door to be more secure or suggest something...they don't like it. They don't encourage or entertain you anymore on that and get less friendly. The communication gets a bit rough.So they definitely need to work on maintaining healthy, friendly and smooth communication flow throughout the process till end and that's what gets a FIVE STAR RATING.
