I could give negative 0 stars, I would avoid this company completely. And for those people who waited 2 weeks and gave 5 stars it won't be to long until the side zippers pull out...then the drama starts ... no ones accountable... 2 years try to fix....wow

My experience with this company was very poor. They miscalculated and would not refund the large deposit made. Would not recommend using this business.

Hi - Nu-style's phone system is not working - I haven;t been able to get through for the entire month of Jan ? Are you still in business ?I bought an awning nearly 3 years ago from you and I've now found it wasn't installed properly. The supporting bolts were drilled into brickwork which are largely hollow so little wonder the bolts have now come away and it looks like the awning is about to fall out of the attachments.. Someone (from your company) came to look at it and said he'd sent photos back to you - but I've heard nothing in over a week. Will you install it properly (as should have been done in the first place) and please fix your phone system !

RUN DONT LOOK BACK...poor quality product that is not backed by company. They were engaged by my parents who cannot get a resolution from nu style who will claim product fault is caused by misuse to avoid any warranty claims. It was not misuse it is aVery poor quality product. They are sloth like to respond and exceptionally rude buyer beware. If you like to throw money away this is the company for you.

If you value your time and your money avoid this company like you would avoid Covid19. After taking our final payment in January and setting a date for installation on the 4th day of February we finally got the last of our blinds installed on the 11th of May. In the intervening period of holding our money and our blinds I spoke to the company at least 16 times and all we got is creative excuses that make lying seem like a hobby rather than a necessary pursuit to save one's skin. Among the excuses we received were: There has been a mix-up at the factory and the blinds have been sent to the wrong address"

This company is the exact example of good old fashioned face to face customer service that you want when a company representative comes to your home and helps to guide you through the home products you are after. I was very impressed with the company representative, the lovely men who installed my product and the customer service team that confirmed all my appointments twice and where quick to anwser any questions or concerns I had . I purchased the EOS for my home and could not be happier with the product.I would happily deal with this company again and will be in contact for future improvements to not only my house but my holiday home.

Over the last week I had your shutters and screens installed at my property. I would just like to say that the guys you sent out were amazing. Alex did the shutters efficiently and on time. Johnny installed our screens around our patio. They were both very polite and cleaned up after themselves! Sam the electrician was there on time and had by shutters and screens wired up same day. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely horrendous. The way I was spoken to via email (too bad I cannot upload the photo to this review) should be enough to justify they are a nightmare to deal with, to whoever owns this company... you should be ashamed of the way your staff deal with clients! Kevin was nothing but rude. Very unprofessional, save your time and money and go else where!!! We booked in a session for quotes which was cancelled multiple times and when booking new times, were never confirmed. Waited at home for nobody. Raised this in an email and was told unfortunately nothing could be done. Not even an apology for the stuff around. Just crazy. If I could rate 0 stars I would...

After just a few weeks from being installed, Nu Style have been out 6 times to fix one of the shutters. Now they are claiming there is no warranty on the shutter because of how it has been installed. But that's not their fault apparently. We now have an email from them stating no warranty even though the salesman advised us on what to fit and their installer installed it. Oh and a shutter that is totally broken.Be very wary of this company.

Frauds !!! They took my advance of 2.5k in July and no updates, no call backs . When I call them they say some one will call back and that's it , no one does . This week they have started disconnecting my calls . Tried contacting jaz and Dave on their mobile , texted them too . No answer . I'd send a legal notice next week.Disgusted with their service !! They should be ashamed of themselvesInresponse to the owner : r u not ashamed to lie ? When we paid the advance and gave you the business you promised to get the job done in a month ( 4 weeks) You guys had to shut down one and a half month after I paid the advance. Your business has resumed 4 weeks ago. When I call for an update you guys says Warren or some one is going to get back to me and no one got back . Thanks to Marie and Kevin they are so good at answering calls and saying they will get back to us and no one bothers to call us . Liars !!! Shut ur business down !!
