Always receive excellent service here. Follow through on my medicines and have the greatest specials on nearly everything all the time. Customer service is exceptional thank you.

Good prices, poor service. The waiting times for prescription medicine are quite long, despite the fact there's always around 4 people working there. I just waited 15 minutes to learn that they don't have my prescription medicine in stock :/

I was delighted by the service (Covid Vaccine Booster shot (Moderna)) delivered by Brad. I have a problem with jabs, but his professionalism put me at ease.Whilst there, he gave some health advice that has proven helpful.PS Least painful injection I’ve had!

Horrible staff!! I went here because I needed to refund my go card. I had gone on Translink and this location was closest. I go to the counter and she says she can't refund me because the balance is too high. It was only about $10 and the website says you can get a cash refund if your balance is under $50. She gave me a Translink number to call and when I did I was told there should be no reason they aren't refunding my card. I go back and this time they say my card is expired. It is NOT expired. I had used it that day and only bought it last year. I googled and found they expire after 10 years. They were lying. Obviously thought I stole someone's go card. (They treated me like a criminal so I assume that's what they thought. Though I see from reviews, they are rude to everyone lol) They could have just asked for ID and seen it is my card. I would never go back to this awful place.Edit to reply to comment: none of those things you mentioned were the case. The Translink call centre told me there is no reason you shouldn't be able to issue a refund. Your staff told me two different reasons. Both were complete lies! (first that the balance was over the limit and then that my card was expired (why even say that?! So weird) I ended up having to go to a train station and they refunded it no problem. If they could refund me why couldn't you? From the reviews it's obviously not just me who finds the staff rude. I've literally never been looked at with such contempt in my life.

Brad was a lifesaver! As a live alone 74 year old with Covid, my antivirals were essential, but unobtainable, until Brad offered to deliver them for me! Greatly appreciate your kindness, Brad, I will be back!

Terrific staff, so friendly and helpful.. Joy, the lovely Pharmacist, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She goes out if her way to be of assistance. She makes you feel like you matter, you are not just another customer. Thank you Joy and Healthyworld. Have a great 2022. Cheers Sharon

Constantly opens anywhere from 5 to 20min late in my experience. Usually by quarter to 9 there is a small crowd formed waiting for it to open, the retail associates will show up after 9, open the doors enough to let themselves in, close them again without even acknowledging anyone waiting, and then leave us waiting for another 15min before we can actually enter the store. If your opening time is 9, your staff need to be there before then, not 5min after. Otherwise change your advertised hours.

Says you're open from 9 on Sundays but you're not. Update trading hours, please. Wasted drive

My daughter was belittled by the pharmacist and basically called a liar in front of other customers. A previous pharmacy had not sent a text of an e-script for regular medication to her and she needed to have a refill.At Stones Corner she was embarrassed publicly and left the store in tears. Maybe a private conversation to the side would have been more appropriate. She went to another pharmacy where they simply regenerated the e-script from current online records.Seems the pharmacist at Stones Corner could do with some customer service training.

Terrible terrible service from the older blonde woman everytime I see her. Ive also seen her yelling at the janitors of the building spewing racist remarks to them. How she still has a job at this location is beyond my understanding and something should be done immediately.Edit: to reply to your comment, she did engage in racial overtones with the janitor which I remember very clearly and im sure he does as well. Maybe look into the criticism of your staff instead of saying she is loved" which is a blatant lie."
