Diamonds In The Sky Photography

In 2020 we did our first baby shoot with Joanne. We were so impressed we went back with our second in 2022. Joanne is warm and welcoming and goes out of her way to create your vision.Her photos are proudly displayed in our home.

Joanne is a wonderful photographer. She is really good at babies. My baby slept through at a photo shoot in Joanne's hands and she's done amazing work. My family enjoyed the whole session and the result was excellent!! We sent photos to families overseas, they loved them!!

My husband and I decided it was about time to take family photos with our 9 month old. We came across diamonds in the sky photography and just instantly connected with Joanne’s work. We live over an hour away and it was definitely worth the drive. Joanne took the time to get know us and our baby and she was so accomodating to his bad days which unfortunately fell on the days of our shoot. Regardless of all that Joanne was so understanding and patient and gave us a re-shoot, and even though he was having another rough day, she still managed to get the most amazing photos of us and our baby with him all smiles. When it came to choosing our prints we did it conveniently from home over zoom and when the prints were ready she drove all the way to us to deliver them personally. She honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and are definitely going to re-book with her when the time comes to it.

I worked with Joanne for our baby's 1st birthday cake smash and I could not possibly be any more happier with everything!She was so professional and understanding, including making sure to work entirely around bubs and her moods. This also meant going in a little earlier than planned, due to her waking up from a nap at that time. As a result, we have some fantastic shots that I will forever cherish. I will definitely also be hiring Joanne again for the newborn photoshoot of baby number 2 (whenever that may be).Highly highly recommend Diamonds in the Sky photography! Best experience yet.

Joanne was amazing from my very first interaction with her through to the final handover of my photos. Due to the fact that my son was born in the middle of a lockdown, he ended up being 10weeks old before we could get into the studio. Joanne reassured me that whilst his photos wouldn’t be of the typical sleepy newborn kind, she was confident that she could capture him and his personality in a different way - and she absolutely did! She made my and I family feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door and we all spent an enjoyable morning with her capturing the essence of my son as well as getting some lovely family and sibling photos. Joanne was professional and lovely all at the same time and the photos she took were absolutely stunning - picking our favourites was so hard! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

There is are a million positive things I could share about Joanne and her newborn photography, but fact I went back to her for our daughters cake smash without even considering looking for a different photographer a year later says it all.She did not pressure me to spend more money than I was comfortable with. Joanne was also accommodating throughout the whole process with times and our wishes on what we wanted the photos to look like.The photos are phenomenal and the quality is amazing.Joanne is an absolutely beautiful person and her work speaks for itself. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I will 100% be returning to her when we have another child.

Joanne did both my maternity and newborn shoot for our baby. it was so lovely to continue the journey with her.My partner and I aren't totally confident in front of the camera, Jo was so patient with us and really got the best out of us to ensure we had a plethora of choice.The newborn shoot was awesome. Jo was so gentle with our baby and listened to what we wanted. It was so hard to choose in the end!Highly recommend!

Jo is a great photographer. The whole process from booking to photos was super fast. The pictures were exactly what we wanted. Jo was super patient with my requests. The photo shoot was so much fun and Jo kept the kids entertained throughout. She spent a great deal of timing walking us through the pics, taking feedback and making changes. She hand delivered the photos. We were delighted with the whole process and would recommend her above all else. She is the best!

It was such a great experience!We wanted to wait for our princess to be a little older to get her photoshoot, so we can see her personality shine.It is harder for older babies to settle during the photoshoot but Joanne was very patient and we ended up with lots of beautiful photographs.I would highly recommend Diamonds in the Sky Photography to everyone.
