Poor ServiceI am reviewing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I received at your establishment during my recent visit for a basic car service. The experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.Firstly, the length of time it took to conduct the basic car service was unacceptable. This was a huge inconvenience for me, as I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the service.Furthermore, upon completion of the service, I was not provided with an invoice or any detailed breakdown of the work that was carried out on my car. This lack of transparency is concerning, and it has left me questioning the integrity of the service I received. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this by providing me with a copy of the invoice.Finally, I was dismayed to find that my vehicle service book had not been stamped. This is a basic requirement of any car service, and it is essential for maintaining a record of my car's maintenance history. The fact that this was overlooked is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and care.Overall, my experience with MyCar Maitland has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns and take steps to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future.

Great service! Easy online booking and I was given a heads up for some areas of my car that may require attention in the future.

The guys at my car always have exceptional customer service and expertise.They are always willing to book my car in as soon as possible and their car and tyre services are always to a high standard! I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Had a puncture repair done. Guys noticed loose wheel nuts. Tightened rest of all wheels plus tyre shined the lot. Very happy customer. I will be purchasing my next set of tyres from MY CAR....

110% recommend!I made a mistake and thought my appointment was on a certain day and turns out i was a day late to my appointment. Thankful these incredible people helped me, and put my car in for my rego check.Again it was my mistake and they had my car done and ready in an hour and a bit.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

To start with my tyres had to be ordered in especially for my trailer rims.....unbeknown to me the phone booking connected me to Midland and not Maitland...and Midland is where they were sent ! The guy at Maitland understood the situation and inconvenience this was going to cause me- fortunately he had the tyres in stock and had them fitted in 15 minutes. Polite & friendly service -Certainly 100% happy.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The team here is always happy to explain what’s going on with the car and to get it sorted nice and quickly. I wouldn’t get my car serviced anywhere else. Highly recommend
