After reading other reviews on Google, my husband and I booked an appointment. Jason was so welcoming and patient with my indecisiveness. After picking the design my husband and I liked, Jason was very prompt in getting back to us with a final quote. I went to 2 other custom jewellers who were unable to match the price. After putting in our order Jason kept us up to date on the progress of the rings and sent photos when they were ready. When receiving the final invoice we were amazed to find that we had been upgraded to a slightly better diamond. Upon pick up we received the original diamond certificate from GIA. Jason also emailed a copy of the GIA certificate and a certificate of valuation. Still to this day I can't believe how beautiful and shiny my ring, like the day I picked it up. Well worth the money and great service by Jason. Thank you, I will treasure my rings forever

Jason made the experience of finding the perfect engagement ring very positive, he was always available to answer any questions, it felt very personal and the customer service we received was unexpected. Jason and the team went above and beyond to make it a special experience. The quality of the rings are fantastic - I have had so many compliments about them. The best part is the engagement ring was 'modelled' off a ring I found from a high end commercial jeweller and Jason was able to make it with the same specs for a much better price - and looks more beautiful and has our own personal touches that we chose. A few friends recommended Jason to make my fiance's wedding band. When we first met with him, he spent a lot of time with us explaining his craft, showing us some design ideas, taking measurements, sketching out drawings, and even cleaning my engagement ring. Later when we decided to also have him make my wedding band, Gemma met with me separately and also spent time taking measurements and sketching out the design. At both appointments we felt comfortable and confident that we were investing our money with a reliable, quality, experienced jeweller. The whole process was very smooth and timely. And the value for money was excellent. We had another appointment to collect our rings, and we were so happy with the finished product. They were exactly as we imagined. Beautiful, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service.

My husband was referred to Jason when looking for my engagement ring. He gave Jason inspiration from two images and created the most incredible ring. We returned to purchase our wedding bands a year later and again over the moon with the rings that were designed and the quality service we received. My partner and I went to Jason for the engagement ring and our wedding bands, and I must say, they are the nicest people you could ever ask for :) When we arrived for our first appointment Gemma was so kind and straightforward with everything. She let us try on a bunch of different rings, and when my now wife found a style she liked, Gemma and Jason did the rest. We brought in a hand drawn design and they were able to design a ring exactly how it looked on paper. When we came back for our wedding bands Jason helped and took us through everything. He was a great guy to speak with and taught us so much about diamonds, the industry and what to look out for. Not to mention they both have awesome banter ;) The cost is fantastic and the service is impeccable. I very much recommend Jason Withers Diamonds!

We are absolutely thrilled with the engagement ring made by Jason Withers and also with Gemma's excellent service and advice. We have had our ring for about a year now and it is as perfect as the day we got it. I am terrible with cleaning, however, the quality of diamonds are so good that they sparkle regardless and under any light. My daughter loves the shiny sparkle effect as much as I do! We are definitely getting our wedding bands from Jason Withers also.
