I received as a gift a ring back in 2021 which I had stored away & not worn as yet. I recently wore the above ring to a function last Sat night. I noticed when I first sat down that the stone was gone. As you can imagine I was very disappointed.I took the ring to your knox store today and the gentleman behind the counter looked it up for me. I was actually not sure how long ago it had been purchased by my family, I thought it was only last year.Anyhow the gentleman proceeded to tell me it was purchased back in April 2021 and there was nothing he could do about it as it was longer than a year ago! At this point I got very upset as he didn’t even say maybe we can get it fixed for you. I found him to be very condescending & not helpful at all.This tells me that the products you sell are not very good quality. Whether he believed me or not I had not worn that ring & it was the first time I’d taken it out of its box! I am a regular customer but will never return to your store again and I will be spreading the news amongst people I know that your products are poorly manufactured.

Extremely disappointed. I was a regular customer, purchased over $30k over the years. I trusted the company before but for the last few months, it was horrible.I simply wanted to cancel my account with money in it. Someone called and questioned pretty much on why I would purchase from Michael Hill! I then provided all online payment receipts paid to Michael Hill. Someone claimed to be a manager then told me that I would get refund for something I never received more than a month ago.Since then, I emailed customer service over and over but no one ever get back to me and sure enough, no refund back to my credit card, although she promised that would be done three weeks ago now. They seemed to be having major issue on refunding my own money back to my credit card.

MISLEADING CLAIM: When we were looking at an item, we were told there is a lifetime warranty if the stones from Item are fallen off Michael Hill will replace it for free of charge. Wife made decision based on this claim, LAter Staff member clarified we need to bring the item to shop every six months for checkups and maintenance to ensure everything is incorrect place. If we miss a visit warranty is null and void. By the time I realised about this we made decision and I didn't want to disappoint wife. Went ahead with the purchase. It's impractical to bring jewellery every six month without missing a beat. You have to be upfront about these 'gotchas'. Designing warranty scheme and promoting it with clever catches may win you few transactions, but you lost my trust. will never buy again. Be upfront and honest.

My husband and I went xmas shopping in one of your south east sub stores early to mid December was told as i need it to be resized ect might not get till after Christmas which was fine a little disappointing but I loved my ring and the woman said we might be lucky could come just before christmas .We payed in full gave them my husband business number and our private email address to contact when it comes in..fast forward to 3 day ago 19/01/20 just happened to walk past pop in see when it will arrive ..WELL DROP DEAD FRED ...has been in since 23/12/2019 no call no email no nothing..manager said how sorry they were ect just not good enough she even said to contact headoffice ..like she didn't give a rats at all and she was manager so i did ring HO they said the aerial manager will contact me within 24hrs ...again no call NO NOTHING ..SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ... still waiting on a call 4 days later and counting ..

Very bad customer service. I bought $3700 worth ring with lifetime warranty plan.I used to visit them every 6 months for inspection.But this time, I wasn’t able take them for inspection on time. Delayed by 2 months.Because I went overseas to visit my family and was emergency.So, I went today and requested them and described my situation.They refused to due inspection.So what’s the uses of spending money there??

If I could give 1 star, I would. Irina was a terrible salesperson, not only was she rude and seemed like it was an effort having to serve me, you could clearly see her roll her eyes when I would ask a question. I will be making sure everyone I know is made aware of her poor customer service and unprofessional manner. She even swore while we were speaking, then walked off and spoke about me to another worker. I am actually in shock and it just goes to show how cheap the brand is if this is the sort of behaviour I have received. Thank god I didn't spend my money here. I will be reporting this to the ACCC.

I am disgusted in the service my son and daughter in law have received from Epping and also from the regional manager they have been yelled at and abused.My son made the mistake of purchasing a stunning engagement ring, proposed and the ring was a bit big and the diamond was chipped they went to get ring resized the same diamond was not put back in and the ring was lopsided this has been going on for 6 months and still not resolved they went back to the store today and still nothing resolved.This is one of the most important days in someone's life as they start to share their lives together and a big expense to outlay, if this is not resolved we will be taking thus further and would suggest any young couple taking the plunge to rethink where they purchase????

Before you guys want to get something from this company Thinking about it .because Costomer service is very bad and never respected. I bought a wedding ring.$1200 they tell me that never gets scratch but after using it, it has been full of scratches i only using four times, I’m not happy at all they don’t want refund my money or exchangeI recommend pandora more better

Thoroughly disappointed with the customer service team. My partner bought me $400 earrings for me birthday and although I love the gesture unfortunately they aren't my style so we went back to the store to exchange for a different item and was then told no exchanges or refunds on earrings which is a new policy put in place at the end of March which my partner was not informed of upon purchasing the earrings. I was told to contact customer service to speak further about the matter.I called that same afternoon and explained the situation and expressed my concerns to only be dismissed. A complaint" was filed and stated I will hear back within 2 business days
