The double cheeseburger and burger with the lot were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the chips were really tasteless and had no salt (even though I was asked if I wanted it). Was charged 50c more than the board price also.Threw them away.

Not worth even 1 star .drinks are so expensive.Meat was blend very oily buns no fresh very over priced, un happy .Can for drink over 3 dollars staff don't listen when ordering asked for 3small chips and they did 3 large .ever disappointed never again.$111.90 later and not even worth it at all.And done even write what is whatChips are half cooked no salt on them even it says chicken salt.

Wow wee ! Great tasting burgers, excellent friendly service that was super quick. The massive amount of choices on the menu has given me heaps of reasons to just keep visiting. By far the best burger place I've been to for a long time...and I've had heaps of burgers !

The best cheese burgers in Brisbane, hands down. I challenge you to find better. My GO-TO is always the double cheeseburger. I've been coming to this place ever since they opened and have never been disappointed. Staff are amazing every single time.

I’ve ordered delivery from these guy numerous times and not once have I been disappointed!!My burger of choice is the triple cheeseburger. You would think a burger like this would not travel well and would get soggy by the time it got to you. Or that it might be super greasy because of all the cheese and beef patties. This is not the case with Jack & Will’s! Perfect DELICIOUS burgers that arrive fresh and the perfect temperature to eat and definitely not soggy!100% give these guys a try, thank you Jack and Will’s for always delivering the goods!

Drove from Greenslopes to Boondall to visit this burger place and it was worth the drive.Burger was big and flavoursome with fresh ingredients, great service too. Highly recommended.

Been here a couple of times. Burgers are absolutely amazing but the chips are absolutely dreadful, I bet a seagull would only grab one in thinking it was a fish. So wet and droopy. They aren't tuck shop chips unless there's some crunch go with the chip! With the amount of time I've waited for my food on both occasions for food (15min wait), you would easily of been able to make a fresh, crunchy batch of chips.

Absolutely hungry for a burger while watching cricket. Looked on google maps and found Jack and Will's.Burger and chips were yummy. Fresh salad that crunched when you bite through the bun.Chips crunchy on outside soft in the middle.New regular is Jack and Will's.
