Capital Pathology Laboratory

Capital Pathology is a thief company. They sold online appointements for covid tests without giving a date and an hour for the appointement. Actually you have hundred people who are waiting to be tested at the entry of the laboratories without been sure to be tested but they paid online for that. I made a book one week ago because I'll take a plane to leave Australia and the cpr is mandatory to take the plane. But it's impossible to be tested on CP laboratories, too many people. Finally I went to Weston Creek, waited 4 hours but I was tested. I gave 145 dols to this company for nothing. Worst : almost all the laboratories are closed but they show the list on the entry of the laboratories who are open. Be careful, the information are not true, most of the listed laboratories are closed. 0 for this company who profite of the covid to make more money.

I am only giving them a 1 because there is no zero. I was given the wrong information and the lady l saw was rude. When l complained to management l was told to sort it out myself. None of this matches their stated vision. Go somewhere elde

Rip off. Tried to blame everyone else - state government, Medicare and even my mother in law for their exploitation.My mother in law has a fortnightly test which goes through fine at competitors. We went here one time. They couldn't provide exact cost instead insisted I paid a very high quote and it will be finalised in two weeks. After two weeks they sent bill, most items were more than triple MBS fee and in some cases up to 10 times higher than competitor. I called up and accounts advised that they follow AMA rates and not MBS. I inquired why they didn't advise that up front as they legally required to disclose and lady tried to tell me my mother in law was advised of this.

The pathology staff working here on the weekend were incredibly helpful to me - can't thank them enough. Even though the office wasn't technically open, they opened up the side door and took my sample. Talk about going above and beyond! Thanks so much - if I didn't get my sample in then, I wouldn't have been able to get it in at all.
