Odyssey Nails

Unfortunately I couldn’t leave a no star to write this review .What a horrible experience honestly !I asked the lady how much it was for a refill and got told to sit I asked again no response she then replied $60 for a refill after removing half my nails !(I generally pay $30-40 max with shellac for reference) .I asked for my nails to be shorten ($20 extra) I then asked for a nail design ($30 extra per nail )When I asked for why they charge extra for things that are usually included like nail shorten I got my head bite off !Very rude staff , unprofessional honestly don’t waste your time going here

Generally a good experience, I recommend going when it’s quiet during the week if you can. Julie takes great care of you!

Attended on 3/4/2023 for waxing my lip and chin. The wax applied to my upper lip was very hot. I immediately advised of this and the lady apologised and asked me to let her know if it was hot again. I felt the service was rushed and the lady was very rough. When I got home, I realised there was wax in my hair and I had to rip out a chunk of my hair. I will never go to this place again. Now I read the reviews I realise why the store was so empty.

This is my favorite local place, they always have a great selection of colors, do beautiful nails and are super friendly. The others in the area are not as friendly and the nails don’t last as long.

If it was possible to give zero stars to Odyssey Nails at Keilor Centro following what was the worst treatment I have ever had, I would. My partner had a rough pedicure that lasted no more than 5 minutes and had to recut his nails at home due to the appalling treatment. The older lady was extremely rude and abrupt. I understand why the salon was empty. Safe to say I will never return. Shameful.

This would be 0 stars but unfortunately I need to put 1 to write this review.I just got charged $45 for a so called “spa pedicure” and I’ve literally just hobbled out with a sore on my big toe. The lady took the razor to my foot and took a big chunk out of it resulting in it bleeding excessively. I am still in pain and struggling to put shoes on.I will never be returning again, and I strongly suggest you avoid this place at all costs!

Older staff member who was quite rude! I recently went for a pedicure and SNS. When the woman went to remove the nail polish for the pedicure, apparently it was Shellac, not normal nail polish. I have been using this business for more than 10 years and have never had anything but normal nail polish on my toes. When I told her this, she said that it was shellac and insisted she was going to charge me another five dollars for removing it. I insisted that I did not put shellac on there that whoever did my toes put whatever polish is on there now. When I said to just leave it and went to walk out she said okay no five dollar. Well she did a good job she was very rough obviously because she was a bit turfed off. The young girl who did the SNS on my hands was lovely. Whilst I was there to all the customers came in asking for various things one of which wanted one fingernail soaked off and the older woman told her it would be $20! She walked out
