Love the shoes but the quality is appalling. I love my Novo sandles for summer but they are not worth full price (certainly not with the recent prices!). Any water and they fall apart. Every single pair I have bought wear through within 1 season, that's if the straps don't pull out first as a result of getting wet at some stage. They are very comfy though but only worth buying if 50% off.

Served by Julianne. Absolutely appalling customer service. Would rather pay a shipping online than go back in. Everything was an inconvenience - told they were too busy to email a receipt and questioned why we needed it.
