Horseland Sunbury

I don't know what Kate Stokes is talking about. Every time (& we go a lot!) we go in to Horseland Sunbury we have the BEST customer service. ALL the staff are so helpful and willing to give us as much time and advice as they can, no matter how busy. I know keyboard critics shouldn't surprise me but I'm constantly disappointed that anyone, with one bad experience (and perhaps their attitude warranted a cooler response from the shop assistant, we'll never know) feels the need to get on social media and slam a business. Anyway, based on my many experiences over the past four years I feel confident to state that the staff at Horseland Sunbury are extremely helpful and hospitable.

New store looks amazing!I was served by a lovely girl today who helped me with leather cleaner, instead of selling me a product I didn’t need she explained to me how to better utilise the product I already had.Thank you so much for a super pleasant experience!

Staff here are always super helpful! No matter what I might need for my horses. They are even able to help order something if they don't have what you are looking for on the day. Highly recommend

Needed now boots for my daughter and some pants. They have a great range of everything from riding gear, saddles and accessories. Prices are very competitive on most things, considering they have more overheads than online stores happy to pay a little more specially when needing to try things on for sizing.The staff were helpful and the girl serving us didn't rush even though they closed while we was in the shop on a Friday night. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, if she didn't know something she was honest but offered to find out. Both staff members stayed back and let us get everything we needed so great customer service when I'm sure they wanted to go home. That is also the main reason for my review, thank you.
