5 stars for top service! This is a shout out to Evan Botani, my Property Managing agent. I have been dealing with Evan over the past few months, and as a landlord, i am rating him 5 stars for:1. Effective communicator - Evan takes the time to pick up the phone to call me and asks me for approval for every decision he makes on the management of my property to ensure that i am comfortable. This included rental increases, to eviction notices, to signing up new tenants.2. Efficient in service - Within 2 days of my previous tenants moving out of the property, Evan was able to sign up new tenants at a higher rental rate in just one open home event. He was very efficient in advertising the property for lease, as well as conducting the outgoing inspection report and arranging tradesman to attend to minor repairs immediately.3. Follows through - Evan follows through from the beginning to the end of the work in a timely manner, and keeps me informed in the process4. Knowledgeable - Evan appears to be very experienced and very knowledgable, as he shares with me what my rights are as a landlord, and what i can or cannot do in relation to lease agreement terms.5. Professional and empatheticThank you Evan for taking care of my property matters!

The agents at this real estate are very dishonest and want to take advantage of tenants. If you are looking for a place to rent or your property to be managed, please go somewhere else, you will thank me later. Especially look out for agent Evan Botani…. Very rude and inexperienced agent.

Evan is by far one of the best property managers, I have ever dealt with. Evan is polite, understanding, helpful and professional. He is truly an asset to the organisation. Thank you for everything.

Said they would have the carpets cleaned before we moved in and never bothered once they got our deposit. Refused to fix our smoke alarms and door bell for 18 months. Blocked our bond on made-up excuses took us to tribunal and after 4 months tribunal forced them to pay us back. Make sure you document all communication with them

Before we moving into our rental the lawns were cleaned up as promised!Our Property Manager, Evan, has resolved a blocked drain and a broken water heater since we moved in.Both issues were resolved within 24 hours. I've never had a property manager resolve issues so quickly without issue.

evan is the worst agent ever dont go here if you are willing to rent or buy or sell they are rude and unprofessional some of the receptionists don’t know english and they make themselves know english it makes me laugh don’t go near evan he is a show off and unprofessional and barley knows english
