Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Rothwell

I attended the pharmacy on Sunday 31/7/22 enquiring about free rat tests for concession holders, which I understood was ending that day. I was advised by a female staff member that the program had already ended the day before ie Sat 30/7/22. She was adamant about this despite my further querying of it. The information she gave was clearly inaccurate.I am providing this feedback as it is imperative that staff are fully informed and customers are given correct details.

It's got a lot of stock good prices and they didn't hurt when I got my flu needle (I have a fear of needle's don't laugh I did drive myself I am getting bigger) not a long wait seeing I didn't book.

Not a place where I shop often because there are a number of other chemist shops situated much closer to where I live.However, I collect perfume bottles and am always looking for chemist brochures advertising inexpensive perfumes in interesting bottles, preferably by an unknown manufacturer.What I do is go to a chemist shop which advertises perfumes I think I might like to buy, and have a great time spraying myself with two or three of them before making my choice. I don’t buy a perfume if I feel I can’t wear it no matter how interesting the bottle. And I don’t go for any expensive ones.Recently I found that chemists will advertise a cheap perfume but won’t display them. Which means one, you’ll have to ask for it, and two, there won’t be a tester for that perfume. Other chemists will display the perfume, but won’t have a tester, or will ask you to ask the assistant for the tester. I haven’t liked all this bother over cheap perfumes.So when I saw Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse advertising some cheap perfumes with interesting bottles I decided to check it out.Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse is situated at Rothwell in a shopping complex which includes Bunnings and Harvey Norman – to name a few well-known places – with plenty of parking spots. It’s a large, nicely-set up shop, with spacious aisles.To my delight the inexpensive perfumes were on display, together with the testers. I came, I tested, and I bought a pleasantly-fragranced perfume, in an unusual bottle manufactured by someone I’ve never heard of, served by a pleasant, friendly young assistant.It was well-worth the extra travel.

Great pharmacy team from the chemist through to all the staff . Its not often in retail you experience this level of service and product knowledge with the patience to treat you as the only customer in the store when its your turn regardless of the pressure .Good people doing a great job .

I've had a wonderful experience on many occasions with a happy go-lucky pharmacist. Lucea is honestly so lovely and always gives great advice! And most importantly she doesn't sell me stuff I don't need. I've been meaning to write a review for a while... sorry it's taken so long. You a lovely, lovely lady and honestly my favourite pharmacist there by far!

Went there late this afternoon to gets new scripts filled. The pharmacist on duty was one of the most informative and helpful I've ever had. Checked my medical history and previous medications and explained everything to me. His service was outstanding and genuinely caring. Thank you!

DON'T BOTHER. TO MANY STAFF AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 10 MINUTES TO GET SERVED ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AND STILL COULDN'T GET SERVICE PUT IN SELF SERVICE CHECKOUTS THEN THERE WILL BE GREAT SERVICE. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE.

Had booked flu shot for hubby when he arrived he said it took ten minutes to be served at the counter then after staff asked his details they told him to rebook even though it had already been done. He not only wasted his time but he drove out of his way to this pharmacy.

Needed two script repeats for overseas travel. Male pharmacist missed this request and then wrongly insisted that one repeat would suffice. Incompetent, arrogant, moronic.

Extremely large chemist with alot of stock in mega shoping complex lots of staff that's helpful and friendly as it's so big hard to find things if it's first visit so I needed glucoden powder and they have the tablets there in stock as well lots of parking busy shops lots of human traffic so that tells me that lots of people it's a good place to go to
