One of the best physio practices out there! I was initially hesitant about doing physio to recover from a foot injury and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get back to running which was my end goal. But I was lucky enough to have Rachel to guide and reassure me that it was possible. I cannot thank her enough for all of the support that she gave me and how comfortable I felt with her reassurances that things would eventually return back to normal. I’ve been confidently running for a couple weeks now and am super grateful that I had the support given to me at this physio practice! 10/10 would recommend :)

I highly recommend this practice, the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I initially started physio on my hand with Sean, and temporarily saw Rachel while Sean was away. They are both very knowledgeable and excellent practitioners. If I was to ever need physiotherapy in the future, this practice would be my number one choice.

Thank you Rachel and the team at Gardeners Road Physiotherapy! My knees were swollen from an exercise incident, barely had any strength to walk when I first arrived at the clinic. Rachel identified my issue accurately and provided appropriate treatment straight away. Within a week, my knees healed significantly I could cycle and even swim.
