She has assisted with our NDIS Self Managed funding by cutting through the difficult ATO and Payroll issues to get us on track with reporting. I own a small business and i am very new to the scene, i had a different accountant before but felt i was not getting the service i was paying for. So a friend recommended Helen, I now have her saved as GOD in my phone as she has saved my life. I had no idea i was paying for someone to just copy and paste my information and get now actually help. Helen has turned my book keeping skills around and I can not stop recommending her to others. Helen Is amazing! If she doesn't answer my call straight away its within an hour or so even when I ring a thousand times a day to ask a million questions. We first went to Helen with a hell of a mess and Helen gave us the best possible outcome for 3+ years of unloved returns, bas' and receipts. She Also trained me to organise our paperwork to make Bas and returns simple, tidy and to save us money and time. We have finally been able to get on top of our tax and actually receive returns at tax time rather than bills!
