Clean, spacious and access is a breeze, even for the smallest units. You can also purchase storage needs such as boxes, tape with dispenser etc in the office. I found the staff here to be efficient and friendly in all dealings. Oh yeah, there is a resident black cat that hangs around before dawn to keep one company during solo storage missions •°•○•°•

Problem after problem. No one has a clue how to work the computer system. Constantly messing up my payments. Took loads of money out of my account by mistake at the start followed by taken money out then saying I hadn’t paid even though it’s on my bank statement and then it takes a number of phone calls for me to chase them to sort it as though it’s solely my problem that they make mistakes all the time. Complete nightmare. They also put up your rates high then make it extremely hard to get it reduced.

If you need to collect a parcel on a Saturday don’t bother! Beyond slow. Better taking a day off work and waiting for it to arrive

Hired a truck and it was just issue after issue. Not to mention having a fill-in on the day of hire and not someone who knew what to do with the vehicles. At least she persevered.

Judith is lovely and very professional.She advised and guided me through the sign up process.It was so easy to sign up, organise a truck and pick my storage unit.The truck is old, but is reliable and does the job. When I came to pick it up, Judith had everything organised and ready to go.The move went smoothly and I returned the truck with zero hassles.Very professional service and I’d recommend Judith and National Storage Jandakot to friends and family.

I have been using this facility for the past couple of months. Judy the Facility Manager has been so helpful and accommodating. I was supported by Janine today and she has taken the time to help me continue to use the clean, well lit storage facility efficiently. I also think the prices are very competitive.

Just went to this facility to return a parcel at the parcel point location and it stated it was open on a Saturday till 2pm, so I drove half hour out of my way to drop off and arrived at 1pm and they are all locked up and closed very disappointed!! not very accurate information... now I have to waste more time and petrol because they false advertise their opening hours!!

Friendly and professional staff. Good location. Just that the roundabout at Karel Ave exit and Roe Highway entry gets very busy past 4 so if anyone wanna avoid picking and dropping stuff around that time.
