I just want to pass on my sincere thanks to Elish from Cessnock Day Night Pharmacy for her wonderful and very helpful service when I needed some personal papers printed out when know where else was open her kindness and willingness to help was fantastic she is definitely a treasure to have as a member of your team thank you Elish for all your help.I have been a customer at Cessnock Day Night Pharmacy for many years and have always found all the staff to be excellent helpful and knowledgeable but this month Tim my vote goes to Elish for employer/staff member of the month.

This is a pharmacy I have been going to for quite a number of years. Predominantly my dealings have been good.But has soured very recently. I've had a account going on nearly 4 years. And the head pharmacist just terminated it out of the blue. Forced me to pay the remainder before I could get any of my medications.Granted that day cost me $180. As just prior to getting the scripts I went to the counter and paid $100 off the account.These medications included breathing medications. Prior to the account getting suspended, if I was struggling breathing wise I could get Ventolin and preventers to keep me alive until my next pay (I have severe asthma). This pharmacist had no manners and decided on the spot that I was to become an example.I had always kept my account in check and never let it get too far out of date, keeping frequent payments happening. The way management handled this was incredibly abrasive. My advice, be wary about setting up an account. You will get pushed towards Webster packs, which I what I and my wife had. When life happened an the Webster packs were stopped we were allowed to continue the account.I will be removing all my scripts and going to a independent as the thousands of dollars they get off me a year, clearly isn't worth it for them.

You definitely don't get this type of friendly homely service in Sydney. Staff will listen and go out of their way to help. You leave with a sense of joy and happiness. Asked for a particular product and the staff guided me to find it. I always appreciate good customer service.

Always polite, great opening hours. An excellent chemist with parking at rear. Getting back on the road can be a bit tricky

Open late, friendly staff, good parking, a little tricky to access driveway and to get onto road due to nearby busy roundabout during peak traffic times but not too bad. Staff are very helpful.

Always friendly and helpful. Good opening hours. Our family’s go to for all our meds. Knowledgeable pharmacist that always take the time you need to assist.

Jennas help me on Wednesday night trying to get my husband to feel better, she went above and beyond to get the right treatment for him and I really appreciate it! Always been a great chemist with great hours!
