I contracted Alpha Pest Control for bird proofing our solar panels & a general pest treatment. Paul was amazing very professional, knowledgeable & informative. Paul took the time to call & walk me through the process & the different grades of mesh & clips which was great information to allow me make an informed decision. Paul & his partner CJ arrived on time well dressed, polite, professional & courteous. They completed the job professionally with no fuss. I HIGHLY recommend Alpha Pest Control services for a professional & thorough service.

He explained the materials he was using, answered all my questions and sent me photos of the completed job. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend Alpha Pest Management for any pest services you need.

Jan 2023Paul did a good job back in Dec 2021 for pest control so I decided to go with the company again in Oct 2022. This time I did a termite inspection as well. Paid the full bill very quickly, then did not receive the termite report until 10+days later…Started seeing cockroach & spider between 1.5 - 2months after the pest control. Contacted the company the 1st time I saw cockroach in the kitchen & unidentified insects in the bathroom. Was told to send more pictures to them if I see more insects which I did today. The response I received is “FFS I’m over this!!”…Dec 2021Booked full pest control service for Xmas eve day 9.45am for a new home to move in. Due to another earlier job, Paul arrived at 12pm and apologized. Other than that, the pest control service is great! He did the spray very thoroughly. He also taught us general knowledge on preventing insects coming into the house and talked about what I could do to prevent termites. He’s very patient and professional. Definitely recommend his service.

Alpha Pest Management only completed some of the work I requested. No contact with company to get rest of work done. Had to arrange another Pest inspection to finish the work. I don't recommend them at all nor will I use them ever again. Wanted money right away same day and no that you any kind.

Asked for a just quote and to analyse house for rodent issues. Nothing new was learned, we were told the rodents come in openings.. wow what a surprise. Keep the door closed? That’s the advice? And then charged over $100 per tiny bait that the rats can barely access, not even sure if the guy knew the difference between a rat and a mouse. Never use these guys, they’ll rip you off and charge you hundreds for what you could buy for $20 and a google or common sense. The person who came out was completely useless. We only asked for a quote, and instead they did the job and expected us to pay, then when we found out the cost we almost died! Over $500 for someone to lay a few tiny baits and say to keep openings closed… useless disgusting waste of money. Do not recommend at all!

The team at Alpha were absolutely amazing, coming to our rescue after a baby spider infestation of biblical proportions! I'm not a huge fan of spiders at the best of times, but when there's hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of little baby ones taking over a whole room.....!!!! Well, it wasn't fun. And my poor Canadian niece, what a story she'll have for when she heads home!Thankfully, Alpha, Belinda and team came to the rescue, squeezing me in for a full house spray within a few days. The team were great, explaining what was needed and what to do after. They were prompt, polite and communicated well. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you Alpha!

Paul carried out an inspection at our home today after he was recommended by our builder. Paul is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and we felt very comfortable and assured with the quality of work and recommendations. In addition it was very good value for money. We will be using Alpha Pest Management now for all our future needs to help protect our biggest asset.We would recommend Alpha Pest & Paul without hesitation and with complete confidence.

I've been using Alpha Pest for around 5 years now and I have always been very happy with the service. I have recommended Paul to my relatives and friends - they too are very happy. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Most of all, he uses quality products that works and lasts longer compared to other pest controllers I've used prior. Make sure you book early as his calendar gets full quickly especially on weekends.

I called a few pest inspection companies and was impressed by the personal service Belinda gave me to discuss what was required. The technicians turned up on time and were both thorough and professional, taking time to speak to use before and after the inspection. They were basically brilliant and I would (and will) 100% use Alpha Pest again.
