I've had chronic pain in my right shoulder/back for almost 3 years - physios, massage, training have all been unsuccessful in managing the pain. One dry needling session with Martin and the improvements were genuinely immediate and significant. Confident that the next sessions with Martin will continue to improve my shoulder. Cannot recommend more highly!

Five star credit to Ben. I have been treated by Ben now for the past 2 years and his expertise is beyond amazing. I see him fortnightly. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands my limitations with training. My belief is prevention better than cure. Ben's treatments allow me to train without pain. I highly recommend him to anyone that trains in any type of sport. I look forward to being treated knowing that I have received top quality care. He is empathetic and caring. An amazing practitioner in my books.

Ben was very attentive and knowledgeable in working through my lower back pain using an array of different techniques. I have seen many different people over the years however bens mix of both manual therapy and gym work makes him stand out. I am excited to work with him over the coming months

Martin is amazing! I had a session with him for a calf strain. He worked his magic with massage and dry needling, immediately releasing a lot of the pressure and tension. I will definitely be back and recommend Martin and the team. Less than 24hours later and the improvement is so significant.
