Really beautiful space and excellent service. My daughter had her formal makeup done and it was flawless - she was thrilled. Very friendly staff, all round a great experience. Would recommend 100 percent.

The team at Alchemy always do a fantastic job! I started going for my brows and have become a regular and also tried lash extensions and tinting. Lovely, friendly team and some after hours appointments too which is really handy to make things work around my job.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Loren made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. My brows look amazing. I will be back. Mum got a deluxe facial. She was absolutely over the moon with her facial. We will definitely be regulars. I cannot recommend this company any more ❤️

Alchemy Beauty Lab is THE place to go if you care about your brows and lashes! Loren is absolutely amazing - highly professional, super welcoming, very talented. I first saw Loren three years ago and I haven't let anyone touch my brows since. She's always up to date with the latest services and products, and my lashes and brows have never been so healthy. 10/10 would recommend xox

So many wonderful things to say about Loren and her team. Have now experienced a number of services from eyelashes to eyebrows and have not been disappointed once. Just had my eyebrows tattooed after seeing the results from another friend who went there and can say that if you're thinking of doing it, do it here! Highly recommend!

I will not be returning. Did not consult what I was after. Eyebrows uneven and too dark for my skin tone. Waxed my brows three times and left me sore, red and confused. They had to use concealer to cover their amateur attempt at providing what the cost should reflect being a high end service fee. Very disappointed and will not recommend.

It was great when Mahtab was there and I really miss Mahtab's services. Loren the owner, did not respond to me when I asked her if Mahtab was back or not. Honestly, Mahtab did the best waxing and nails that I have ever experienced and I have been lucky enough to have lived in a few different countries. I really hope that Loren learns that she needs to treat ALL customers with respect and let them know that Mahtab is no longer working for her. Not just cancel appointments and not respond to their messages.

My first time attending the salon today and it exceeded my expectation. Wonderful friendly staff and on time. I haven't been able to find a salon who could tint and shape my eyebrows because they are quite scarce and blonde. I have now found the salon! They are experts and I couldn't be happier. The tint colour and shape was spot on and I will always return to Alchemy.

Unprofessional service following my recent experience. I feel that Loren has made a complete mess of my eyebrows. Very little eyebrow hair remained after her procedures. After numerous attempts with phone calls and follow up emails to book an appointment to resolve the problem, I was unable to see her, as Loren was not interested in rectifying the errors that she had made. Very disappointing, as I was a long term client over several years. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend, as no-one should go what I’ve been through.
