To expensive and the customer service is rude and abrupt spent over 2000 in the shop over a year and they harnessed me when covid was on for money and pick up the rule was to stay homeThe law was stay at home at the time so your telling me break the law for your policy?E.g.. of customer service !The 2nd Bailey my son's phone screen got replaced and I asked for a screen protector that was $35 DOLLARS the screen is faulty so my son takes for the screen cover thinking it is that you replaced it knowing it was the screen but then do not replace the screen protector because it wasn't on there when it came back.....My feed back comes from walking our of your store 3 out of 4 to 5 times unhappy with services!

Turn around was impressive and it was nice to see some honesty and genuine customer service.Bailey advised me that my issue could potentially be resolved as a warranty repair with Apple however i needed my phone fixed quickly and decided to bite the bullet.
