Ordered an insert and chain several months ago and the packaging was not sealed correctly when it arrived, so the chain had slipped out during transit. I contacted them to try resolve the matter but they refused to assist and told me to take it up with Australia post. I have video evidence and pictures to show the seller did not seal the bag correctly and there was a gaping opening where the chain would have fallen out but they still didn’t care. Service was terrible, they were rude and I never got a refund or replacement chain. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Highly recommend this shop! I ordered a custom made bag organiser for my Celine pico belt bag two years ago, it was the perfect size and the design fit all my needs. I recently also ordered a bag organiser for my Chanel Diana and a strap shortener. It took less than a week for the orders to arrive and the owner was prompt in responses.
