Alex and his team assisted me last week with skilled professionalism, respect and humour. They had what I needed very quickly and were able to advise me how to install with aplomb. Not only that Alex gave me a great price on an interconnect.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. The staff are polite and friendly, knowledgeable and professional, patient and helpful.After ringing around getting prices and suffering through some really average customer experiences it was very refreshing to talk with someone who was polite from the outset.A big thanks to Alex for helping me choose the AVR which would best suit my requirements.

Best Hi Fi shop in Canberra hands down. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are so good I have no need to shop anywhere else. Everything they have promised or advised me of has come to be true and accurate, which is rare to find. I know they are great for high end gear, however they do all budgets and will look after you with good old fashion service. I love shopping here I just wish I had more money to do so. Friendly customer service in store and a good range of gear to choose from. Very happy to share their knowledge if you ask the right questions. Not so great at keeping you informed if there are any supply chain issues for items we had on order, which ultimately led my partner and I to look elsewhere to complete our setup.

After reading plenty of good reviews we decided to go in and see the team in early September about our options for a screen and projector set up.They were really friendly in store, had so much knowledge and were more than happy to chat with us, talk through the options and organise a site visit to check out the space before sending through a quote.They came to our place that week, completed a site measure and said they would send through a quote with a couple options.After a couple of weeks we followed up as we hadn’t heard anything. We were advised they we’re looking at our quote that day and had some new products to include, this is when they also took our contact details to send the quote.We waited another a couple of weeks and still hadn’t received anything. We followed up again to find out that no quote had been prepared and we weren’t in their quote system. They advised they would chase it up and call us back.It’s been another couple of weeks and we still haven’t received a quote.We’re really disappointed with the follow through on customer service as they really appeared to know their product and in the beginning seemed keen to do the job.Sadly we will looking at alternative suppliers.

As per Daniel's experience, friendly but no follow up. I booked (1wks advice) a listening session for Frid 29th April and indicated what I wished to hear. Basically when at the session Omer had to leave, I requested could I hear the Arcam receiver, was told not really would take a long time to setup. I requested a quote be prepared for Anthem MRX740 and Kef Q950's....NO quote as of today or follow up. I'm now the owner of a new ARCAM AVR20 from another shop!

Very pleasant service & outstanding products are the two things I love most about this firm. There are no goons on the door, like at the kiddy hifi store, and they are happy to demo the gear for you in the sound labs. Prices seem very competitive to me, and the parking is much better than before.

We went to Miranda Hi Fi to purchase a record player as we needed advice on new models. Omer was fantastic with advice, and sold us one perfect for our needs.

I have been going to the store for the past few years and I have always had great experience with them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their products are fantastic.
