Flow & Grow Family Yoga

Beautiful and relaxing yoga experience for parents and children. Antje is a wonderful instructor who creates a calm, safe, and uplifiting environment and atmosphere for everyone. Attending yoga with children is wonderful and really helps create a shared bonding and relaxing experience. The kids love it and love the joy and warmth Antje brings to the whole experience. Thouroughly recommend!!

I've done a few different family yoga classes and Antje's recent class in Aldinga, SA, has been my favourite by far. She has such a lovely presence, and I love her emphasis on connection. I actually became a bit emotional in the final cuddle part of the session - it really emphasised for me how much we don't make time to just BE with our kids enough, especially 1:1. My 5yo LOVED it, and we both look forward to more classes!

We (myself and my little boy) have attended a couple of Antje’s workshops so far - and they are brilliant! Antje is creative and kind and makes the sessions so much fun. Both my little boy and I love going and we hope to be able to go to many more!

Gilbert and I had an amazing time to connect as parent child, as individuals and with the group. There was space for Gilbert to be his little neurodivergent self, and acceptance of the words and actions that entertained. It is a relief for this mum to have such acceptance without apologies. The yoga had relatable stories that all of the kids loved.We had lots of laughs and enough yoga for the adults while the kids did their thing to feel stretched and relaxed.Highly recommend.
