Had most pleasant experience with Skylight shop. Both guys who came to quote and to install were very courteous, professional and did a very good job. No complaints so far. They installed the Slatube Brighten up series. The Skylight fills the room with light and doesn’t add heat even on the recent hot days. Very happy with the selection and workmanship.

I had a second Velux skylight installed after the Skylight Shop fitted one 10+ years ago. I was happy with their service back then and they did a good job again.Velux skylights are quite expensive but they are of good quality. The Skylight Shop offers good service on top.

I asked for a quote and some information on the best product for our house for roof ventilation. I got a pamphlet emailed to me, no questions on type of house, what my requirements were, etcNot sure why you are online if you do not want the business and do not take requests seriously.I have already found competitors that are more than willing to take our money.

I really thought all the staff at the Skylight Shop were great - knowledgeable, responsive and helpful.Sadly though, I experienced some pretty intense price gouging and am so glad that I got a second quote. I still had to fork out $250 for the site measure and revised" quote (which others do not charge btw)

I'm really pleased with the result, and very appreciative of the advice provided by the rep who came out to do my quote, and the installer. Both indicated that to maximise the amount of light coming into the room, the solar tube was the better option. It ended up being the more cost-effective option, and due to my roof being pitched, it was the most feasible option to actually install.The room where the solar tube is situated is where I set myself up when working from home, and previously I've had to have the ceiling lights on pretty much all day, especially in winter. With the solar tube, this is no longer needed. On the day of installation, the installer was punctual, and speedy, completing the job quickly and neatly. Thank you! I also had to change the quote appointment a couple of times, so it took a while to get the ball rolling on the job. Thanks for your patience and for being so accommodating with the delays.

Was very happy how the quotation was done and installation was quick, clean and installer cleaned up afterwards. Happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

The quote they gave us did not include the flashing - we did not know at the time what this meant until after our new sky light was installed and the new sky light is now leaking.We have tried to resolve this with them multiple times. Their aftercare has been downright awful (argumentative) when we wanted more information about why it was leaking. They have been rude and blaming us for not knowing better. All we wanted was our old, leaking sky lights replaced - why would they quote us for a partial job.Now the new leaking skylight has damaged our ceiling.Do not recommend. They do not care, just want your money.

They've been amazing and offer great after care service. They treat you well and look after you regardless of how long it's been. Our sky light was coming loose after a year and they came and fixed and replaced parts at no extra charge even though it's been more than 12v months. Good to see a company that takes pride in what they do and the quality of their work. Andrew has been oustanding and we are really happy that he reinstalled for us. Thank you so much :)

We recently used the Skylight Shop to install a skylight in my workroom". Th room does not have any external windows so was quite dark and what a difference it has made to the room. The whole process with the Skylight shop starting with Cyril who arranged for a representative to come out and quote and then kept us informed of when the work would be done. We have 6 solartube sets installed in two of our houses. John and the team at the Skylight Shop has been excellent. They were on time and will notify in advance if there was going to be any delay. The installers were very professional and have good knowledge of the product and the installation process. All our solar tubes are providing us with pleasant natural light in the darker areas of the house. Overall a very pleasant experience.
