A lovely christmas nightmare: I brought in my 1983 toyota crown for a replacement of bushes, brakes, and rear center bearing. They promised they'd be able to do the lot, including a wheel alignment. Understandably they asked me to provide the parts due to it being an old car, no problems here.However, day 2 of the fixes, they rung me and informed me the car no longer charges, when I brought the crown in it was fully operational. Turns out they reverse jump started my car, blew all of the fuses and still don't admit to do anything wrong. They've blown my alternator, and nearly all the fuses in the car. There's clear indicators they have done this (massive gauge marks on the positive terminal on my battery). They weren't even able to complete the repairs despite claiming to do so, the wheel alignment hasn't been performed, and while they initially promised they could swap the rear center bearing shaft, it hasn't been swapped.Because this all happened just before the holiday break, I only asked them to politely ensure that the car is stored under the garage cover overnight/over the holidays so that it doesn't get damaged, until I can get an elecrical engineer to look at the car properly. They couldn't even do this for me. I found my car parked in their car park completely exposed, they even left the bloody keys in the car.I will be sending the bill for the electrical engineer, and the replacement alternator, and if they still refuse to pay, I will consider taking them to small claims court.If you're going to get something simple done, these guys are OK, but don't ask them to do anything complicated.

Rocked up at 8 am, shop wasn't even open. Very unprofessional. Why own a shop if you can't open on time.

Quick and easy service even without a booking. I got 4 tyres replaced and aligned properly. While I was waiting they even offered me a coffee. Thanks Team!!

Came for all my brake pads replaced and all my tires changed. Was greeted as soon as I entered the car park and the service was done quickly with no complications. Friendly customer service. No bells and whistles but the job was done well and was very affordable compared to other quotes I received for the same service.

Ordered a spare rim and tyre for my 4x4 after 6 weeks and many phone calls nothing after promises it’s here this week 3 weeks later nothing. I wouldn’t recommend them go to reparable Named tyre shop
