Good, friendly and knowledgeable staff both in the spares and the sales department. Follow through and call back on any inquires and the sales staff aren't pushy. And they have great quality products for sale, even if the John Deere tractors cost a bit more than others.

I walked into Glenmac Pakenham yesterday afternoon to speak with someone about ride on mowers. I don't know a great deal about them and have never owned one. I have many years experience in the motor industry and did some research down to two brands I like.Glenmac did not have the model on the floor I wanted to look at (D130) which is not an issue. My wife and I looked around the showroom for a couple of minutes while a gentlemen watched from a back office. After seeing we were obviously trying to get attention he came over but seemed in a hurry to brush us off. I asked if I could get some info on the D130 and he quickly handed me a brochure and said you will find it in there. He was quick to return to his conversation with another employee in the back office.If I wanted to see fancy pictures of models sitting on equipment I would have just stayed at home in front of the computer. I came in to talk to so called experts on real life situations and what model is best going to suit my needs. I had set myself a budget and was ready to buy on the spot but Glenmac Pakenham did not appear to want my money.I was actually referred by my dads good mate to this company who had a lot to do with Glenmac in the past so I don't know what has happened since.I would like to update my post to say that I have been in contact with Jason who is looking after the Pakenham store and has been very open to sorting out this matter. Jason has provided some guidance towards my situation and has even offered to meet me at the property to see what mower would work better in my situation.Thanks Jason for your help and I will be in contact shortly to discuss this further with you.

Service centre is horrendous. Fully understand that the climate we’re in, and companies are short staffed, but this place should not open and divert the services elsewhere.

They listened to my issues with the vehicle and continued to look for the problem until it was resolved. Thank you!After months of being told by Brandt HASTINGS that there was nothing wrong with the metal on metal screeching coming from the right wheel. It was great to receive the service and warranty you expect when purchasing a John Deere product.Thank you

After talking to the spare parts rep by phone, we ordered some spare parts by email on the 17th December, providing all part numbers to ensure a quick turnaround. We made a follow up call in early January to check on the progress of the order. Nobody knew of the status of the order, and we were promised to get a call back. Over the next week, we rang four times with no change, and no return call. Finally, we were advised that the order had not been placed with the distributor. This is not acceptable when we are waiting on these parts to be able to use the machinery. The staff did not seem apologetic or seem to care much about the delays.

They seem disinterested. Gave me the wrong service kit meaning another 40klm round trip to rectify and they're meant to be the experts.
