First rate service - friendly and professional team! I had 2 jobs done within a week. One replacing 2 ceiling fans and the other a little more involved with a new private pole and cable to my main switchboard. Electric Express are licenced to carry out this work, so all was done in a morning. I highly recommend this family business!

Fast response to job and at a reasonable price compared to others I have used in the past. The jobs were done in a professional manner and I will certainly use again should the need for an electrician arrise again.

The team does have great service and were really friendly. However I got charged a fee of $383 to replace two PowerPoints and a lightbulb which was more expensive than any other electrician I've engaged. It is on me to check but I really was quite surprised

Incredibly impressed with Steve’s service from electric express. I had called him on a Sunday morning about having No hot water and he was here within the hour. Fixed the thermostat and was just very helpful and professional. He drove from the northern beaches out to south west Sydney to help us and we are so appreciative.

Recommend these guys, the service was friendly, professional, communicative and reasonably priced, the work, which is 2 weeks ago, has made a huge difference to our home.

DO NOT USE!These guys are rip off merchants. Whilst they have very fast service, they charge a small fortune for simple jobs. Was charged $570 for the supply and installation of a single smoke alarm. The job was done super quickly and efficiently - they were only here for maybe 10 mins.Yes, I should have not agreed to proceed, but they know that in the current climate tradies are hard to pin down.The model of smoke alarm installed was a Brooks Photoelectric smoke alarm - retail price ~$100 - EE charged $220.Service call, Labour charged $350.Comparable quote from alternative provider - $200 installed.Buyer beware.

I needed some work done at short notice, and the team from ElectricExpress did the work the next morning. They were very friendly, efficient and professional. I’d use them again.

I've used Electric Express a few times now for a number of jobs around the house. I highly recommend them, they are reliable, they're on time. Great communication with both the techs and the office. On top of that they're friendly and they always do a great job. As an added bonus they clean up afterwards.

I needed a light switch replaced, the simplest of jobs. 2 servicemen turned up promptly, within the hour (although 2 people is well over the top for the simplicity of the job). They were very nice and, of course, did a fine job of replacing the switch. The cost, however, was ridiculous. $400 - made up of $297 for service and labour, and $103 for the switch hardware. The servicemen were there for 15 minutes max (and an unknown amount of travel time, but I don’t think they were far away). And $103 for the switch hardware ! I can see a cardiologist for less than $400. Now, I know that all your competitors charge about the same, but that doesn’t make it right. I am the Secretary of the Owners Corporation for our building - it’s not likely that you will be getting any recommendations for other business in our building.
