4.25 ⭐️ - Great ambiance, unique menu & attentive staff. We got the banquet and definitely worth the price! We also got the dry aged steak which was tasty too! Some dishes tasted as it looked. My highlights from the banquet:♡ Woodfire figs - exceptional! Interesting combination of ingredients but it works well together♡ Smoked brisket - was a tad dry but was seasoned well and the meat fell apart♡ Chocolate pudding - too heavy and dense for me

The most amazing Resturant I have been to in ages. If you are looking for the best restaurant in Brisbane you have to try The Arsonist. From the minute you walk through the door, you are hit with a wall of the most amazing smells. The food was beyond amazing, the team in Luke, Julia and Tristan gave service that was fitting of a 3 Star Michelin restaurant. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Will definitely be coming back for another visit soon. The also have an amazing whisky selection there.

Great food, we ordered the lamb, chicken and steak large share plates. Slightly fatty cuts but was still lovely. Chicken was a bit on the dry side but plenty of it. Delicately balanced sauce and the meal kept us quiet while we enjoyed the occasion. Being Irish the potatoes were up to scrutiny and they definitely met the mark. Would recommend!

Came in for a sunday lunch and the food was phenomenal! Once you walk in the door the vibes are immaculate, the moody interior and the atmosphere was outstanding. Our waiter was really thorough on explaining the menu that we ended up going with the sunday special set menu as everything sounded too good! The wine menu was reasonably priced as well.Such a great local restaurant that you don't have to make the trek into Brisbane City for.We'll definitely be coming back!

The food is just beautiful. So many flavours, so delicious! We had the $79 set menu and were very full. The chocolate pudding at the end was a little downside for me. It was good but too heavy after the rest of the meal. We loved the bread and butter, chicken skewers, salad and brisket the most. A great night out.

I was here for dinner with a friend. The food is exceptional! It is a very unique menu that shows great cooking technique with high quality foods. The staff were very knowledgeable with their recommendations, and the service was amazing. There is also a very large whisky and bar selection available to accompany the meal. I would highly recommend a visit.

Delicious!!! My husband brought me here tonight for my birthday for the first time. We had the $79 feast menu and it did not disappoint… the service was excellent (thank you Jeanne) and the food was exceptional. Just the right amount by the end. Hot tip… as delicious as the first course of sourdough and brisket fat butter is, don’t fill up on it… it is a culinary journey you need to pace yourself and savour the experience mouthful by mouthful. Such a fantastic way to celebrate my birthday, they even placed a candle in our desert. We will absolutely be back again. Thank you!

You can't go wrong with any dish at The Arsonist. Food is top shelf and flavour combinations work really well. Atmosphere, service and food are all top notch. The only room for improvement, for me, was that the chairs were a tad too uncomfortable. The chairs also feel too low for the height of the table.

Absolutely love this place! Have been twice so far and will definitely come again whenever nearby. The cocktails are just outstanding, so well balanced and so unique. The pandan pineapple one is possibly one of my favourite cocktails of all time, I'm not sure whether it's a regular item but I sure hope they have it next time as well! Food was also incredible, the best mushroom skewers and the roast pumpkin was perfect as well, great sauce. Can't wait to come back!

Best restaurant we've been to in a while. Had one of the degustation menus, which gave a great selection of what's on the menu. Each dish had been meticulously thought through with amazing flavours. Photo is the Whiskey caramel chocolate malt dessert and was as good as it looked. Service was great. Definitely recommend for all foodies.
