Excellent shopping experience and service.I purchased an Akubra online with Gooleys. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Got exactly what I ordered. I found the online shopping experience with Gooleys very user friendly and the entire process went smoothly. I rang their customer service line prior to purchasing to double check the size I wanted was available. Customer assistant was quick to answer call, very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to exchange the Akubra for the next size up and even that exchange process went straight forward. Gooley’s Akubras were the cheapest I found online due to a Sale, AND Gooleys offered free shipping unlike other online hat stores. They have a wide choice of Akubras and I discovered they stock the largest range in hat sizes compared with other online stores. I am very happy to recommend Gooleys based on my experience with them.

Amazing experience. Fantastic customer service. Fast packing and shipping.We ordered a hat that was too small and returned it for a bigger size. We recieved the new hat within 3 days from sending the original hat back. Don't think we could have had more efficient service! New hat fits perfectly. Thabk you.

Amazing customer service.Purchased an Akubra Traveler hat from Gooleys. Had many questions buying online as I am more of a touch, feel, buy person. Called up the hotline, promptly answered by Jake. Gave me all the answers and even sent photos assuring me of style and color. That was indeed a whole lot of confidence before forking a good sum to get something I had not seen. Item received in just two days.Not to mention the price. Much more lower than anyone else in the market.Super service! Thank you Jake.

Highly Recommended - bought a pair of RM Williams at a signifcant price point less than the Sydney Flagship stores and had my new boots within a couple of days of placing the Order. Glad I found you guys on Google and I look forward to my next online shop with Gooleys.

My wife and I were driving down the main Street of Lismore, looking to see if any shops had reopened and saw George Gooleys. This is an iconic/old school menswear store. I decided on the spur of the moment to see if I could support them. The staff were going about their business, still trying to stock the shelves. Large sections of the ceiling and walls were stripped out (please see photos) but nonetheless they were operational.The staff were lovely and we were served by a lady who called herself the apprentice" because she had only been working there for 29 years compared to the 40 years of one of the older staff members.This store would have been flood affected twice in the recent weather event but once again they have bounced back. I'm proud to be able to say that I have shopped there."

Don't bother ordering online, items arrived damaged (no fault of the company it was probably Australia post ) but after I sent them back for exchange the same damaged item was sent back to me a second time. Honesty such a waste of time having to re send the same item back twice + having to then wait months for new stock to come in. The in-store experience may be better but I would not order online again.

Never been as impressed with customer service as I was in this store today. Les was amazing with my 2 sons, fitting them for suits for their big brother's wedding. They are typically awkward, impatient teenagers and he made them feel so comfortable. SO impressed!

Easily the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Bought a pair of boots online and the team kept me informed of when more stock was due in (less than a week) and when it would be shipped. The product and service are simply top notch.
