rebel Macquarie

Basically no help provided. The sales associate watched as we did the laces, checked for size etc. They said they had no sizes and we found a bunch of the right size in 1 min. Have had good service at other rebel stores but no staff motivation at Macquarie rebel.

Reasonably large sports store. Almost no customer support unless you walk into checkout counter and ask..

Went in today to check off a Kris Kringle gift, store was very busy as expected.Was assisted by Madison, she was lovely and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience during such frantic time on Black Friday weekend. :)

Great service. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can find a variety of sports facilities and equipment. Don't forget to have a look at the swimming section. #Speedo

Rebel store at Macquarie center is on Level 4. Its a massive store. I was looking for a specific shoe and the staff here helped a lot with recommendations and also advised me what are the best options for me. Definitely a 5 star for that.

Best customer service of any Rebel store. I’ve visited. Engaging, friendly helpful staff went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and even helped pump up the Swiss ball I bought. Harking back to an era by gone where the customer actually meant something to salespeople very impressed.

There is a lot of stuff for sale including a cooked rabbit basketball. A live dog cooking show a there for great entertainment but it is closed ater 8:00 pm which is sad. (i guess they ran out of dogs and rabbits to cook & eat.

Horrible customer service. First asked for a shoe was told they don’t have the size. Showed them it says online this size is available at macquarie. They said they don’t have it. Ordered same shoe online for one hour click and collect. And it was available. After some time went to collect the shoe. Was told click and collect is closed for the day as the only employee they have dealing with click and collect had left. I aksed can someone else process my order. On this the girl at the counter told me it’s not a simple process and they can’t help me at all. I said can you at least check with someone because I’m literally told my order is ready. She started misbehaving badly. I don’t know if it was the end of the day making her so mad but horrible experience with the girl employee. Forgot to grab her name.
