A very welcoming experience, with staff being attentive, informative and cordial. Our sales representatives, Martez and Aiden, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were also very pleased to purchase two high quality mattresses for 80% off.I would strongly recommend visiting Snooze Alexandria for those wishing to experience mattress purchasing at its best!

Bought a Madison Palace $12k mattress on saleMattress was faulty when delivered, it had a 4cm dip in the centre. Snooze was adamant that it was correcting to our bodies, but I was not buying it. It was uncomfortable to sleep on and we could also feel each other move when one person turned or tossed and this mattress you’re not supposed to feel the other person move.They agreed to have mattress collected and looked at. So it was collected by the manufacturer and upon opening mattress the foam had separated from the springs. So they REPAIRED it and returned it. When it was returned we checked the dip and it was still showing a 3cm dip.They wanted to collect it again to open the mattress again, in which they did and advised there was nothing wrong with it. The reports they sent back with images didn’t even have photos taken properly. They did not take photos how it was specified to us to take images.They were not happy to do a refund so we have taken the matter to NCAT for a tribunal.They are still advising there is nothing wrong with the mattress when their own manufacturer sent a report showing mattress separation.We don’t want to return in store nor do we want another mattress from snooze we want a refund.

Sue is an amazing sales rep and helped us keep to our budget on a mattress. She wasn't too pushy but made sure to show us all our options. She also managed to organise quick delivery when faced with 2 week delivery times online. Hopefully delivery goes well but very happy with in-store experience!

I recently bought a new mattress at the Snooze Alexandria store and was assisted by Aidan. He was really helpful and provided a lot of good information about what to look for in a mattress. I appreciated his patience and candour with my parents and I and allowed us the space and time to choose a mattress that we were happy with. Thanks, Aidan, for your help!

We purchased a new Super King bed last weekend. Sue was fantastic, she listened to what we were after, gave us options in all price ranges and was very patient with us taking our time to make the right choice. We highly recommend seeing Sue if you are shopping for a new bed!

We went to Snooze today to buy a new bed and mattress but didn't know what we wanted or have a budget in mind. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the delightful Sue. She introduced herself and gave us a few options. We initially walked away to have a think about it. A few hours later we decided to return into store and we were so glad we did! Sue is an AMAZING sales rep and helped us to identify what our needs were and work towards a budget. She wasn't pushy but made sure to show us all our options and gave us a fantastic and fair price. VERY happy with in-store experience!

No problems with the pre-sales and transaction process however after our bed was known to be faulty 3 weeks post purchase the Snooze team wanted nothing to do with our issue and passed all responsibility over to the manufacturer where under Australian Consumer law and as per terms of contract we were entitled to opt for a refund as we didn’t have confidence in the quality of the manufacturers product. The admin team at Snooze were very condescending and rude towards my wife, even when we had said we’ll be happy use Snooze as our POS for our new mattresses. Incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and I would advise anyone who’s considering purchasing a mattress or product from Snooze that they will only direct all issues to the manufacturer even though AU consumer law will entitle you to a refund from the vendor who handled the transaction. Don’t buy your big ticket items from a merchant who isn’t willing to uphold the standards and values of responsible customer service.

Poor quality bed frames, avoid at all costs.Received a faulty bed frame following online purchase in Dec 2021. The broken slats we’re replaced however there have been ongoing issues due to faulty design and a poorly engineered bed frame which is unable to safely carry the weight of the mattress. There is one flimsy central support anchor that seems to be relied on to carry a large percentage of the structures weight, however, it is poorly secured, easily slips out regularly and is difficult/awkward to reattach given the weight of the mattress/frame together with the fixed slats.I wrote a negative review of their Veronique bed frame online however they have removed it twice, so don’t trust their reviews on site to adequately depict the quality of their products as it seems they select out the negative reviews.2 years on we still have no solution to our ongoing bed problem. I have requested a refund on several occasions with no response.Avoid snooze at all costs. They don’t take responsibility for their product faults.I will be contacting the department of fair trading

Great helpful staff who helped us compare the options for mattresses but did not pressure us into purchasing a specific one. They also helped us purchase for pickup on a specific date in another state at no extra cost. Excellent customer service
