I recommend anyone but National Storage. My family and I had many horrible experiences with them. Save your time and go with Storage King or Kennards. If you have no choice but to use National Storage, keep a paper trail of everything, and DO NOT USE THEIR INSURANCE. It is a waste of time and money.

Hired a storage for 7 months. Paid all online while I was stuck offshore due to Covid Borders closure. they offer a direct debit which I opted thinking that they will be processing the charges efficiently but once they charged me additional $12.93 on top of the storage cost and on Enquiring the same the Manager Michael stated (So when we looked it just now the $12.93 should have not been charged as it was glitch in our system, It should have told us to credit that amount not to charge, We do apologise for that,) but no action thereafter and I am still waiting for that credit.Though on vacating our storage i had questioned the same to Ms.Cielo at reception and she said that the manager is denying to credit the same as he had waived the smoking penalty which was carried out by movers on site on the day of moving......Wow is this the way to charge unethically and then deny to rectify the same. In my current situation being stuck for almost a year outside Australia each and every cent count for me as i was not having any income for this period and this was very well conveyed to the manager but still he shows lack of empathy for same.Will definately avoid doing business with them in future.

Fantastic service from the entire team - Always a friendly & helpful voice over the phone - Clean storage areas with the proper pest control in place - Stored my items for +6mths and never had an issue

Excellent service from the officer at the counter! She was very patient and helpful in resolving the discrepancy (caused by other parties) when I was claiming my parcel.I eventually got my parcel after showing sufficient evidence that I was the rightful recipient.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Happy to be accommodating to our business needs. I checked around and they had very good customer service and offered a good price and solution for my needs. I needed use of bins and they were happy to make allowances to enable us to use them easily at a fair price. Highly recommend

Ordered 3bdrm pack of boxes to collect, ordered it the night before and collected it the next day, very convenient. The only awkward part for me was driving into their Virginia shop, takes a bit of getting used to. Otherwise best service from here, will definitely return if needing to.

Have had a storage unit here for a little over a year and they have put the price up several times. It started at $220 and is now $310. Beware as they take advantage of you once you have already committed.on top of that they don’t allow you to go in on a sunny Monday. Because of the rain the weekend before. No email notifications or explanation. had to find out by a sign on the door

Great place to store gear that you have no room for at home.Manager of the complex Michael great customer service nothing was an issue.He’s a credit to your company. Please let him know.

Excellent storage facility to deal with. Michael & Ciao are friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is always clean & tidy. Pleasure to store here.
