Kurt was so very helpful n had my computer issues fixed in minutes, while we waited.So so highly recommend Blue Mouse for any issues with your computer. Mid 2022Kirt and his partner Elizabeth run excellent businesses - BlueMouse/Express Ink and toner.Kirt did an operating system/software upgrade for us this year and was very knowledgeable on some of the other computer hardware/software/wifi/printer issues we were facing. He did his best to source a new printer for us amidst the shortage but couldn't. Never mind, they have now supplied replacement toner for the one we did end up buying.Always quality service at a reasonable price.Grateful and happy repeat customers.

After my laptop's motherboard had a meltdown I lost a number of very important emails over a two week period. Kurt was able to transfer all of the files from the old hard drive onto my new computer. However the important emails were still missing. Kurt went above and beyond and managed to find the missing emails on the old hard drive and restore them to my new computer. Very, very happy with the service and knowledge that Blue Mouse Computers provided.
