Southern Cross Blinds

Extremely happy with the service of Southern Cross Blinds from the Manager to the installer to the actual blinds/screen doors we have received. I have some original vertical blinds from 20 years ago still going strong and have added holland blinds recently to an extension of my home. Was happy then and am happy now. Will definitely use Southern Cross again in the future.

We used Southern Cross for our 18 double roller blinds and couldn't recommend them highly enough! The staff were friendly, helpful and turned up exactly when they said they would for both the quote and the installation. The material of the blinds was good quality and they took their time to make sure that all the blinds rolled smoothly when they were hanging them so after 18 months we have no problem with puckering, unlike friends of ours. Their price was also lower than the other companies we got quotes from.

I had blinds and a screen security door installed in December 2020. I did get comparable quotes but Southern Cross were competitively priced with a good range of available colours and product. I went down to their showroom in Sydney to check their materials as well as receiving helpful information from Joe who did the measuring. Their installer (Castle) was an honest and friendly worker, he said that Joe had actually allowed for a couple too many blades on two windows (aluminum venetian blinds) Castle instantly said he wanted to return those two blinds to their factory for adjustment. Two days later he was back finishing off the installation with an exact fit. I would be happy to use their services again.

After my home was broken into, I chose Southern Cross Blinds to make a number of security doors and windows for me.From the beginning the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the materials and options available. The parts come from known and reputable suppliers which I googled after visiting the showroom.Before I ordered, the sales guy came to our place and measured all the doors and windows which was great because I didn’t want to make a mistake!When they had made everything in their factory (which I saw was downstairs from the showroom) two guys came and installed it all and I’m really happy. We used Southern Cross Blinds for all our security screen doors, blinds, and window fly screens when we built our new home 20 years ago, and were so thrilled with their products and installation service, we have used them again recently to upgrade to plantation shutters through out our home. Their installation service men were great and I love the quality look of the plantation shutters. Highly recommend them!
